I just want to say thanks to Pamela Welch for helping my family get into our first home. We are first home buyers and everything went super smooth and easy. Four years later and our property taxes are still messed up. We were never given proper paperwork nor were we told we had the right to hire our own realtor. (This is required by law in Arkansas) We were given wrong information (I won’t say lied to because perhaps she just didn’t know due to lack of experience). We felt misled then abandoned once the sale went thru and we were still not able to move in to our house. It was a nightmare of an experience and I would never trust this company to do anything for me again.
