I met with Karen Alexander, she was very friendly n it was nice to know she actually used one so she new the in n outs of the cpap machine.She made great recommendations.She also explained everything carefully. So glad to be able to have them close by and not have to make an hour n a half trip to Jonesboro.Very happy with them n Karen

Every time I’ve needed to pick up medical supplies for anyone in my family, this place has served me well. I’ve bought items for my mom, mother in law, kids, etc. They are always helpful, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Delta Medical Supply in Cherokee Village is super helpful & has AWESOME Customer Service! Karen was very helpful getting me setup with my new cpap machine. A few weeks after my purchase I had several questions so I stopped by & she took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered!!! It's nice to do business local with people that care!!!!

I recently visited Cherokee Village Delta Medical for medical services and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their outstanding customer service. Every time I entered the building, I felt so welcomed and at ease. The staff members were courteous, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and informed throughout my entire experience.Not only was the customer service exceptional, but the facilities themselves were top-notch. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The medical equipment was modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very professional.I highly recommend Cherokee Village Delta Medical for anyone seeking quality medical care with exceptional customer service. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will definitely return for any future medical needs.

They are the worst company. I waited over an hour to get an oxygen tank to go to the hospital. I finally had to get one from the fire department to get to the hospital. Now I have been waiting over 3 hours to go home and they still haven’t delivered a tank to the hospital! It is in town!!!!!! Beyond upset! It isn’t like it is over 15 minutes from the hospital! I just want to go HOME! Do not recommend this company at all.
