“I've bought parts from here many times. Their prices are reasonable, I bought a transmission from them last year for my daily driver and its still running great, they pulled the transmission and I picked it up the next day. The workers here know their stuff and will work to get you your part quickly. Only once when I was here was they short staffed and took a little bit longer, but I do recommend this place.”
“Really nice owner, employee, even met the owner’s wife! I needed an oil and filter change for my 26’ RV. Called everyone in Batesville, AR, and nobody could do it. It was a Friday, one said they were out of town and wouldn’t return until Monday. The others said no as the rig wouldn’t fit in their garage. Dale said it wouldn’t fit, but he can do it in the driveway. He had to run to the parts store to get the proper oil filter and enough quarts of 10w30 oil to fill it. After he was finished, he only charged us $50!!! His employee that was working that day was real good, hard worker. We struck up conversations with both Dale and his wife. He’s 64 and is trying to sell his business so he and his wife can retire. Please contact him if you or someone you know may be interested.”
