When working with Matt, the salesman, I was clear I was looking for a 50cc scooter. He showed me the options that fit my size needs and we decided to purchase two. The scooters we were sold are in fact 109cc. I was lead to believe during the entire process that what we picked did fit our needs and upon going to get insurance on my purchase I was shocked to learn the motor size was double what I had asked for. The salesman seemed knowledgeable and we had multiple conversations on what I was looking for, and he assured me the ones purchased fit our size needs. Now we have two bikes that I bought under misguidance, all for the sake of closing a sale and getting commission. Then the financing took forever cause they made mistakes with the paperwork. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this dealer but I would make sure to ask questions and read over all paperwork first before making a decision. We trusted our salesperson and were misled during the entire process and ultimately purchased two scooters that don’t fit what we needed them for.”
