Thank you Zella’s Trash Service for the great service. We have been using them for over 5 years, and will continue on into the future. We recently called and they were extremely helpful, polite, and help us solve our issue immediately.

Zella totally SUCKS! They haven’t emptied our apartment dumpster going on TWO WEEKS now because they said it has wood in it! Our property management company is trying to rectify the situation soon but I wanted to give a very poor rating because of their lack of service! I think I’ll call them myself.?

I reviewed them after a years service and gave them 4 stars. I also said that I would come back and re-review them later.
Well, after seven years I finally had to cancel the service. For almost a year I had to go out and pick up my container and stand it back up.
I contacted the office and complained about my container being shoved back into the yard and damage being done to the container. I was told that they would speak with the crew, but two weeks went by with the same issues occurring.
Anyone who has bought a garbage can knows what they cost.
Four different trash companies pick up on my street and Zella’s are the only ones who do this.
Even my neighbors asked me why this company disliked me. Enough is enough.
p.s. If you do cancel service, be sure the refund they tell you is due is the same as what they mail you. Although I canceled, they picked up anyway and charged me. They’re going downhill with their communication and service attitude.

I’ll give Zella’s 3/5. Now I am leaving this review in a disappointed heightened state so please know I acknowledge that.
Zella’s does have good price, and they pick up your trash. I do appreciate that you don’t have to have it all in a can and they will still pick it up. Only times they have missed are when I don’t bring my can out so that’s not their fault ◡̈
They do have a fuel surcharge which they have worked to get down from 15% to 10% and eventually 5% so I do like the transparency. Understanding this is a small business.
They do have a “no limit” price as stated on their website. On the “welcome letter” apparently they clarify the policy but there is truly a limit to what the drivers define as “excessive”. I did do some spring cleaning in my house and left out 26 excess bags and was charged an additional $30
Now is that cheaper than a junk hauler? Yes. But this is not transparent and I am concerned that the drivers discretion is what defines the limit of trash. So truly not unlimited.
Megan the owner said the trash crew gets to know your average trash load and will then charge you for excess over the average. Again cheaper than a hauler but I would’ve rather the crew taken 2 minutes to knock on my door and explain that before taking it. Or a call from the office (which was claimed that they did. I show no calls and after reading reviews doesn’t seem like they call.
This was one bad experience in 3 years so I’m not canceling but wanted to highlight there is a limit based on a human’s interpretation of excessive.
Not all bad like some reviews but felt this was fair.

We recently moved to Vilonia and forgot about trash day. These kind people came and grabbed our trash can for us from the front of our house! I have never had a trash company go out of their way to collect my trash that I forgot to put out. They really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend and I hope these kind gentleman get the recognition they deserve

Very happy with my service! The lady who set up my account on Monday was very nice and helpful. Picked up my bags (4 BIG bags) on Wednesday even though I didn’t have a can yet and then dropped off my can on Friday, just like they said. Great trash service so far!

Worst trash company I've ever had they never empty our can all the way, and have taking items out of thrash can and threw them in our driveway. I have found other people's trash in our yard after the truck leaves that has fallen out of the back.

Customer service friendly. Family owned and operated. The owner is understanding and shows up to the shop everyday and is the last person to leave.
