I have just returned from your store after another frustrating encounter. There seems to be confusion on your part as to which medication I do and do not need. Both are prescribed to me, but one is totally useless. I have patiently and politely attempted to clarify things over the span of months to no avail. I will no longer trouble you with my presence, working with you is a mistake that I no longer intend to duplicate.

Welp third month in a row every time I go to pick up my meds conveniently the drive thru window is down due to the supposedly bucket (transaction drawer) being broken at this point it seems more of an excuse to close the drive thru and pushing you in to going in the store BUT I'm handicap thus why I use the drive thru and the only reason I drive out of my way to get them so I dont have to bother with going in so I guess I will go find a functioning reliable drive thru pharmacy because this excuse is played out and I cant keep driving over to get my meds for a big SURPRISE once again the drive thru is closed because of a malfunctioning bucket! There is plenty pickup places to be used in the parking lot bring back the pickup option for the pharmacy at least when you decide to close the drive thru for whatever reason would sure be nice for this old lady and save on gas as its a 20 minute drive out of my way...

Allways closes at 3 or earlier. Wish i had a job like that. That pays a full pay check for standing in an air-conditioned box for a few meassly hours and sort and give out medication how ever fast or slow i wanted. But you will hear them say oh we are so over whelmed or its to hard. Yeah right try working in the heat of the day while someone tells you to redo it because they feel like it isnt good enough go home to find out you only made 50$ that day all day long!!! I swear to god these people are lazy.

Pharmacy so short staffed they can’t fill RX. They try, but they have no one working. And, they mess up insurance constantly due to bad computer. Waited two days for breathing medicine and finally had them send the prescription elsewhere so I could get it. If you want to die? Use this pharmacy.

Count your pills when doctor writes 7 days at one amount then ups the dose after that. They said this messes with their system and it doesn't give you the right amount of pills when you go to refill. Note this was a new prescription both times when I was given the wrong amount of pills. I truly believe that it was a mistake but gee do we in this world not look at what we are doing or just do what the computer and phones tells us to do. Accountability people

Pharmacy apparently changes procedures depending on who's working. Customer service is lacking. They will not do what they tell you & will not help when there is a problem

Busy after work time frame, lots of folks waiting to check out...4...FOUR employees standing at the front of the store chatting. Seven unused registers. Ridiculous.

Excellent attention to detail. Drive through. Pharmacists always ready to give advice and help. Sometimes lines are long but that occurs at any busy low prices pharmacy. I love the texts telling me my prescription is ready.
