They send texts stating that the medication is ready only for it not to be. They do not ask doctors for refills when the auto-fill is out, even when requested by patients. When questioned about these things they hang up on the customer. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.

The red headed lady at the photo center looks like she never wants to be there and always has an attitude.Staff is awful there. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible pharmacy, Everytime I go to pick up medicine they make me wait 15 mins before it's ready. Even though it's suppose to be ready already. This time they gave me the same spill wait 15 minutes. I go back up there to get the medicine 15 minutes later at noon, they say it was never received to be filled. I called the pharmacy at 830 am to get it filled!!! Don't recommend, and the workers will argue with you over anything.

Drive through pickup takes forever and their closed for lunch. Had prescription called in on a Tuesday and still did not have it when I went to pick it up Saturday.

This location may be the The worst customer service in their pharmacy department. You called they put you on hold for an hour and five minutes and then they hang up on you. Seriously corporate needs to come in reevaluate this location!!

this establishment is a joke. I went here trying to get my medicine at 8 pm (it says they were open till 10) and the building was closed. my medicine was called in for over a month and nobody notified me to get it and when I finally started getting low they said that it had been pulled for too long?? make it make sense because it doesn't to me.

My mom was released from urgent care with a lot of throat pain. The doctor called in a prescription for pain management to this Walgreens because they stayed open until 8 pm. When she arrived at 7:45 pm, they informed her that they were about to close and that they didn’t have time to fill her meds. They would be available in the morning.This shows very poor customer service who won’t go any extra mile (or minute) for their customers. If this was their family member, they would’ve filled the prescription. Go elsewhere.

THE BEST!!! Visiting in Cabot, coming from Albuquerque. Through a series of bureaucratic foul-ups I had to leave home last weekend without my daily doses of Insulin. The scrip did finally make it to my Walgreen's at home, but after I had departed. The amazing ladies at Walgreen's Cabot (at least 5 of them worked on this) were able to find my scrip in the national W database and fill it from stock here in Arkansas. Vacation saved. THANK YOU, Walgreen's Cabot, AR!!!

Avoid using this pharmacy at all costs. Iv used walgreens pharmacy across the country and this one is BY FAR the worst. Constant delays for medications and delays to the delays. Lies told about when it will be In. This place is an absolute JOKE.
