This is AUTHORIZED RETAIL!!! Their job is strictly to increase your bill. They will lie about what they’re putting on your account, and make mistakes on your account and then send you to a corporate store to fix. Corporate stores will not return anything that is bought here because their inventory is different. This store refuses to make anything right. Any customer that is happy with this store has not looked at their bill details. They will take away something you want to put something you don’t just so they can make commission and they won’t change it back. This way your bill looks the same but you aren’t getting what you asked for

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Carmen and Fisher for going above and beyond for us yesterday. We came in with an urgent need for a new phone and to get everything switched with such a short window to get it all done. They worked so well together to make sure every need we had was met. Thank you guys so much for all you did. Yall definitely the dream team.

Amazing customer service. Unmatched. I worked with two employees. Hunter helped us set up a phone and order a new one. Good guy and knowledgeable. Kilie was a whole other type of assistance. Way above and beyond. She helped me for DAYS to get my new phone (that Hunter helped us order) to work properly and keep my old phone number. She was super professional and knew her stuff, kept her cool and was apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. I'd hang there all the time they all are so nice. The only thing I cannot stand are all the glade plug ins. It's so bad for our breathing and health and I get an instant headache from the overwhelming fragrance.

Stood in the store for over an hour, they both had customers, so I waited patiently. Wanted to add a line, the out of pocket was far higher then it should have been. So I asked why, he replied that’s with a case and screen protector. I said that we don’t need that. He said he couldn’t sell me a phone without them unless he got his manager’s approval. Then he said technically we are closed, so you can just come back tomorrow. No sir, tomorrow, someone else with get my business.

Stood around for a long time while customers were coming in and out of the store who had been waiting in their cars. When finally seen we were told my phone wouldn't be recognized on the Verizon network even though I had previously tested with a version Sim. When looking to purchase a new phone they added a case and protector to the bill and said they needed manager approval to have it removed. It was too late for the managers to answer so we left.
