I’ve been going here for many years. The staff is pleasant, accommodating, and professional. In the many years I have been a customer, there were only 2 times I wasn’t 100% satisfied, and those two times were with a new nail tech. I think that’s a damn good record. They know me by name, and they know my box number. I have never made an appointment, but I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. These people are great!

Got a full set of acrylics done here. Paid $45. They lasted 5-6 days. They all came off as whole nails. Clearly weren’t applied correctly. Went to give them a second chance (and a chance to let them correct their mistake) to get them re done and they still charged $30 to re do them. Will not go back to pay $80 for nails that don’t even stay on a week.

Please look at pictures before you waste your money here!!!!! These pictures are AFTER they were fixed. Absolute worst experience today. Sister and I were getting our nails done for my birthday. The tech refused to listen to me repeatedly saying they were too thick and completely mis-shaped. He just kept filing shorter and shorter. When I say they looked horrendous, trust me it was an understatement. Kayla came and “fixed” them after 4 rounds of trying to get them remotely wearable. She had a horrible attitude and offered nothing to fix the situation or even make it right besides repainting. Acrylic residue was left on every finger, paint on every finger, see through paint in lots of spots, a literally hole in one, thick acrylic and sloppy underneath and same finger from both hands looks like they aren’t even the same persons!!!! $50 WASTED!!!!! I went immediately and had them removed and the place that redid them only charged me half price because they felt so bad! To say I’ll never come back is putting it lightly!

My mom is going through very aggressive cancer treatments and she finally felt like going to get pampered— they made sure she felt like a queen and catered to her. I’m so thankful for them. Cannot brag on this salon enough!!

I previously liked this nail salon, but my last 2 experiences were terrible. On the first bad experience the tech filed my nails after applying the shellac polish and of course it chipped the next day. I went back and a different tech fixed them and they looked amazing for 2 weeks. The second bad experience was with the same tech as the first. I didn’t like the shape of my nails (they looked thick and boxy) and simply asked if she could please file the sides down a little more. She told me she spent a long time on my nails (over 3/4 of that time was spent with my hands soaking in cold acetone until my fingertips were literally turning blue). She said I was too picky and needed to go get them finished somewhere else. I was completely appalled when she reacted like that and embarrassed. She charged me $40 for the work she did and I left with unfinished nails. I’ll never go back to this nail salon and wouldn’t dare suggest it to anyone else.Services: Gel manicure
