Mr. Eads and his son provided outstanding customer service and explained every aspect of what they would do to check my vehicle and repair my front end. Eads automotive provided a comprehensive check of my vehicle and an itemized estimate of the cost of the repairs. I felt the cost was fair and I did not feel like Eads automotive was unethical.
Once, I picked up my vehicle and checked the repairs, I was completely satisfied. Additionally, the work on the front end of my car came with a 30 month, 30,000 mile warranty. I highly recommend Eads Automotive. It's great to find a car repair shop that you can trust to repair what needs to be repaired for a fair price.”
