As a former sonic member, i really appreciate the effort of the experience today. I am not kidding I was in and out in two minutes. By the time I ordered my food the car hop was coming out to give me my food and to take my payment and I left in two minutes. I came home with the most beautiful wrapped ultimate burrito I have seen and I was expecting to have to wait because I understood burritos do take some time to make. I don’t know if I got lucky but great job to the Crew this morning????

Great customer service by Ashley. She truly made my visit memorable she was so kind and professional. The world needs more people like her. The food was very well prepared and not thrown together like other Sonics.

Seems like they close early sometimes. Says 11pm here and I showed up at 10:20. No one answered the intercom or would come to the window. 2 cars still there

Always mess my order up. I suggest if you want to eat at Sonic that you go to the other sonic in cabot.Revision- although my experience with this sonic location was consistently not good - I must admit, the owner, and upper management were quick to contact me ( something I did not expect) and eager to make it right . I am happy to give Sonic another chance ! I received reimbursement ( which was really nice). I also believe that after speaking to Mr. Larsson that they are working on bettering their service. Good business. It makes a difference.

1st time ordering from this location. Normally I go to 2nd Street but the app was unavailable for that location. I ordered 5 burgers and every single one was wrong. EVERY ONE!!!

I'm allergic to mayo so I ordered no mayo. When I got home with my order it had mayo. I had to go to the hospital. I will never go.back to this location again.
