Pine Street Animal Clinic was soooo good to my dog and her puppies !!! They were so sweet and patient with my girl with it being her first time there. They have won us over with all their friendly smiles and kindness!

Absolute garbage!!!! Still. Trying to play on the covid bs.
What kind of a clinic does not allow you inside. ?!?!?!? Wtf. You have your pets/ fur babies/ damn near kids that you love and care for. But, they want to help you like youre in the sonic drive thru. Still charge as much as they can. But offer sub par service. Its absolutely crap to get medical service for your pet from a parking lot. Imagine taking your kid to the dr. And then you get told to just sit and wait in your car while they do whatever. Then, a hr later they just come out with a bill. Most absolute garbage service especially dealing with medical care. The way they do business should be illegal. There is no supervision for any procedures they perform while you sit in the parking lot just waiting for a bill. You ask a question. They say oh ill go find out 45 min later they come back. Trash medical care plain and simple. Some things can be done with social distancing. I get it. Medical care is not one of them.

I’ve used Pine Street Animal Clinic for awhile now and absolutely love this place. The staff is professional yet warm and friendly, very competent and always willing to accommodate my needs. I would recommend to any and all.

I was happy they offer a monthly payment plan for a year at $50 a month but the problem is that I called multiple times and made sure to call and talk to the person in charge of the plans about not having my dig anymore. I paid the year off and was gaurenteed I wouldn't be charged after that. That was a lie! I just realized they was still charging me so I called again and was informed the contract renews without any permission. Isn't that illegal. So now I'm very upset mainly because there isn't even a gaurentee I'll get my money back. What kind of scam are you pulling there?

This place is THE WORST Veterinary Clinic in America! I’d give 0 stars if possible.
The people who work here are rude and fake. They mistreated and abused my Puppy so bad it’s appalling!!! All the good reviews on here prior to my appointment had me fooled! It’s like all the employees friends and family are on here giving fake good reviews to cover up all the bad ones so they can lure new customers in like they did me. Lesson learned and I will start reading the bad reviews first before trusting anyone with my sweet boy again! My poor boy is so traumatized he’s been hiding and depressed. A puppy his age should have more happy energy but they sucked the joy from him. They suggested we leave him there for a few hours and when we pick him up I immediately noticed something was wrong and the way the front staff rushed us out of there was another red flag that something bad happened.

Always the BEST when I take my babies there they get treats and loved on and I get hugs too I just love Dr. Sara Jennen and her staff been going there 20+ years. From the time I walk in the front door up till I leave , it's like family. They are very professional, kind, helpful, caring and loving. The entire staff is awesome!!
The moment I walk in the door I feel the love ❤️ !! I truly love and appreciate the staff there for their help, their knowledge and most of all love and concern. Their hugs help too. Wonderful group of people there. They love my babies and I love them. I appreciate them calling and checking up on them after their visit. I trust them most importantly.

If you love your pet you will not take your pet here. They are only good for taking your money. First off they take your pet to a back area and you don’t physically see them perform anything on your pet.. My baby is gone because of their negligence. They rather see your pet die in an emergency situation because they only want to discuss money while your pet is in life or death danger. We have always paid prior and to be treated like trash during an extremely stressful and emotional time showed us how fake these people are. I will be seeking legal action against them and making a formal complaint to the Arkansas board of veterinarians. They killed my baby!

I just moved to AR recently and had never been in the clinic. I had to have my 16 y/o dog put to sleep and they just happened to be the one in Cabot that could get me in the soonest. I thank God I ended up there. They are the warmest and most caring people who helped me through one of the toughest moments with patience and compassion. They even had a separate room for this instead of a cold sterile exam room. ALL the staff were AWESOME and I HIGHLY recommend them for your pet's care. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
