I ordered a arrangement for my girlfriend. The arrangement they sent was well above and beyond any other I've had sent to her in our 16 years. We'll done!! I'll definitely be using this florist again soon

Thank you for delivering the beautiful purple and white boutique. Purple and white roses with other fragrant flowers. My boyfriend ordered them and got same day delivery. Ya'll are amazing. I love my flowers and the vase.

They were very helpful. They made the most beautiful arrangement and delivered it to my SIL gravesite. Because we live over 500 miles away, we asked if they could snap a picture and send to us. Without hesitation, they said they would do this for us and they did! Thank you so much!!

I originally placed an order with a business that said it was a local florist shop on Google, but was actually a national chain using contracts with local florists. Turns out they didn't actually have any local florists, and canceled my order the day before delivery! But Petals & Plants, who actually IS a local florist, was able to create a beautiful arrangement for me on short notice with no problem whatsoever! I asked for something cute for my niece's dance team tryouts, and they added school-colored ribbons around the vase. It was perfect, and she was thrilled! Highy recommend!

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they weren’t delivered on the date that was requested. Very unprofessional. I will not be doing anymore business with this company. If you want your flowers delivered in a timely manner and intact please do not go to them for their services.

My husband ordered roses 7 days prior to delivery. I didn’t receive them until almost 7 PM. We will never use petals and plants again.

Every time I stop in the buy Rose the people are very friendly helpful and thoughtful you have to stop by and visit them they do beautiful flower arrangements but I just buy single rose

On short notice, 3 hrs, they made an amazing small bouquet for my grand-daughter's kindergarten graduation. They asked her favorite color and I was blown away when I picked it up. My GD was so proud, she showed them to every person she could.
