On August 2,2024 my 2002 Cadillac Escalade Ext needed a tow from the grocery to my rental approximately 1 mile I called my insurance roadside and Fredrick from ONeil Towing was sent out for the tow I'm an IT guy not a mechanic but I knew it was something with my fuel pump as I couldn't hear it kicking in..fast forward Fredrick arrives to tow my truck as I have stated I am not a mechanic so I stepped aside to let him do his job( or so I thought) . It was late at night by the time he showed for the tow the store had closed and I wasn't in the safest of places. He gets me to where I'm staying drops my Caddy and tells me he can diagnose the issue right then for $50 but if I had his boss do it it would be $75 I declined his offer and went inside .,the next morning I had a mechanic come to my home to change the fuel pump during this process I learned that good ol Fred hooked salvage hooks to my CV axles which broke completely off the driver's side and busted the other and denying any fault of his. So my advice is if you need a tow and use ONeil ask for someone else as he is very unprofessional and does not care what damage he does to your auto . I am in the process of trying to get my money back on the deductible from my insurance company now as this was the fault of the tow company through their roadside not mine and they should be paying for this as they caused this damage. You can now see them on the BBB website as well. And how they treat customers.

I don't know how to thank those guys. I heard a weird sound from the engine and pulled over to the shoulder to check it. I thought it was from the belt. I turned the engine off and found the belt was not that bad and loose. I wanted to turn on the engine and it didn't start. Joseph came and we found out that alternator is locked. He offered me to buy for me and bring it. Then Fredrick purchased the alternator for me and brought it and even lent me his wrench ?️ and I replaced the alternator.
Thanks a lot Frederick and Joseph and all O'Neill guys ??

Super fast. Super helpful in a stressful situation on the shoulder of 67/167. Had me back on the road in no time.

Took over an hour to be picked up, but that could have been my insurance's fault. Once he was there, the guy (I think his name was Jason) was great: helpful and honest.

I recently had the pleasure of using O’Neill’s services, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Despite being three towns over, they were prompt, kept me well-informed, and provided exceptional service. I am particularly grateful to their knowledgeable and caring driver, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. What truly sets O’Neill apart is their commitment to their customers—they were open and ready to help when everyone else was closed the day after July 4th. Highly recommended!

Anthony from O’Neil towing was amazing! They were very prompt and kind. They even made sure the Jeep dealership got the key fob instead of leaving it in the drop box where it might have been forgotten about. I’d recommend this tow service to anyone.

They were called to pick up my 78 year old mom who was broke down. She called around 8:00 for roadside assistance they called her back and said they would be there around d 9:30 or 10. She called them back when they didn't show and was told that they didn't know they were supposed to pock her up but they would for150.00. I picked my mom up around midnight and to leave her car there. HE SAYS he didn't have a ticket, yet for the 6 hours she waited, she got calls with a time he would be there. When he hadn't showed up by 11:00 p.m., she called him back. He said he he would pick her up for a 150.00. She has roadside coverage. He
claims he didn't know he was supposed to. How did she call back the number that called her and oneills towing answered Explain that. I wouldn't trust this company especially with your elderly loved one.

Our car broke down on the way to a dealership to get the alternator replaced. Fred drove by and offered to tow it and replace the alternator for us for less. We said amazing and paid cash for the tow. Later that night, he called and said he wasn’t able to do it so he towed it to the WRONG dealership at cost again to us. Then we found out he took apart my car while trying to replace the alternator and didn’t put it back together before dropping it off at the wrong dealership. So now we have to pay the dealership another $500 to put it back together before even being able to diagnose it. The worst part is when we were trying to get hold of them that they towed it to the incorrect place to make it right they stopped answering the phone and blocked our calls. So we had to pay a different company to tow it to the correct place. So now we are out $800 before even getting my alternator fixed. All they needed to do is communicate and make it right.
