I just cleaned my storage out on the 3rd. And paid my monthly bill early. They do no credit back for the rest of the month. When that was a question before I rented the place for my sister and they were cool with it. Now there saying they told me after the first there’s no refund. They are a joke your better off going somewhere else. They said to let them know and Now it’s a different story and wanna take my money. It’s not right. They robbed me for my money. There unreliable and don’t anwser the phone either. I’m telling yal don’t waste your time. I’ve learned my lesson and I will be letting other know how yal do people so they don’t get done the same way. I couldn’t imagine screwing someone over like that especially how hard it is out here.

Never had any trouble, reasonable prices and nice people. Have stored stuff here going on 10 years.

Huge rat problem and ceiling fell in weeks after renting - contacted owners and never got a response. Finally moved and would never recommend to anyone.
