I stopped to buy gas. I went to the window to pay cash. I have hearing issues & could not understand the cashier,& There was another employee behind her that was literally laughing because I could not understand. I'm 67 & wear hearing aids, but speakers are hard for me to understand. I felt put down,& made fun of openly, & truly did not understand why this woman was being hateful to me. I drove over to the store, spoke to the manager. He said he would go over & talk to them. I did not feel that any of them cared how I felt at all. Treating people with disrespect cannot be a Kroger policy, but the Cabot store is doing that today. It seems it's a hostile place for seniors with hearing issues for sure. Kroger , please retrain your hateful employees with sensitivity training. Older people deserve better that what I experienced today. I would love to hear from a district manager on this.... thank you.

This is a mixed review. Love the produce and the variety of groceries, but the customer service ladies are not friendly or helpful.

Too many young people working there. They are rude and don't want to help you. The customer service desk is always closed. They say we're busy. No there not they are just rude and lame. No customer service skills. Especially the am managers.

Waited over an hour for pickup. Pickup is suppose to be quick and easy please hire extra staff for afternoon pickup.

Best local grocery store I found. Can't say it's their fault, but prices have gotten ridiculous. It seems to be anywhere you go.

All I gotta say is you ne Ander thawls on here are expecting way too much. unfortunately things happen and they may not always be in your favor. I really don't expect any less tho because you're also the type of people who expect me to get upset when you say at my job "oh we will go to Kroger then" ok cool take your attitude with you.

WHY would you remodel/update the DELI/BAKERY area if you CANNOT KEEP IT STAFFED??? Arrived at the deli this evening with the sole purpose of purchasing fresh deli meats. I heard someone in the back, and she finally emerged after me saying hello several times. I asked for deli service, to which she replied since she is the only employee present, the deli is closed. I sought out a manager, there wasn't one on site, the cashier said they are not cross-trained in all areas so she could not go assist her and the slicers were already clean since they were closed.......Very disturbed about this, again WHY update the facilities if you do not keep it staffed? I came here specifically to purchase the new BBQ chicken breast and Tavern Ham, and I left with NOTHING!!! Good Job Kroger!!! Up to this moment, I have given positive reviews, you need to hire deli staff.

Gas is cheap at the pump but never have someone at the service desk. They are either at lunch or not at work or maybe nobody there to serve customers. People have to pay bills so if you are gonna be a place where I can pay the bill then you must be open. Nobody likes late fees. The store itself is stocked and well kept. Staff are friendly as well.
