Jennifer is rude to customers. Please keep her busy doing other things instead of waiting on customers or retrain her mouth.

Sick with Covid and Paxlovid not in stock. I literally had to ask if it could be found at another pharmacy. That was 9 hrs ago and now closed. My 5 day window is closing.

Years ago they actually cared about their customers, or at least acted like they did. Now? Not so much. And sllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwwww. I don't know if it's because they are understaffed or what but it's not the same. Sadly it's not just this pharmacy. It seems to be the norm today. If you are a caregiver you just don't have time to wait all day to pick up a prescription. If you have any kind of life at all you just don't have the luxury of waiting for hours on end. Not to mention if you try to get a life saving medication to keep yourself or a loved one alive another day only to be told "we don't have it so we'll have to order it. It might be here tomorrow or a couple of days." You don't even get notifications anymore. I actually feel bad for the employees because it is quite obvious they don't get the support they need from upper management. Sad times we live in.

They say they'll fill your prescription or your medication is in stock, but hours and hours later, my prescription still isn't filled and they won't answer their phone. This place is a joke. You'd be better off using another pharmacy, one where the employees know how to do their jobs and actually do them.

They would be a great pharmacy if they had my medication in stock. Nice folks at the pharmacy but never have my medication in stock

Update: It seems we caught them in a lie. After being told by a staff member at the Kroger Pharmacy that my husband's medicine was "out of stock", he called our doctor to have them send it over to our old pharmacy instead. Our Dr.'s office said they'd figure it out and call us right back. They called back and said that the Kroger Pharmacist told them they weren't out of stock, but that it was too early for him to pick it up. As stated below, we had already been told that we could get it today by another employee. We went back to the counter and asked is it out of stock or is it too early?A different employee than before confirmed that they had the medicine in stock, but that it was too early. We noticed her that we had already been told we could pick it up today, which is 2 days early. She said "sometimes" they can dispense 2 days early, and sometimes they can only do 1 day early.Long story short, we can't get it until tomorrow morning. This has been a very stressful experience, and it doesn't help that they weren't honest with us throughout this process.I wish I could give zero stars. We've had nothing but headaches while getting our meds here. We switched to this pharmacy after we lost our medicaid for about a month, because our old pharmacy didn't accept GoodRX and was charging us $150 for just ONE of our prescriptions. While it did help that they accepted GoodRX, everything else about this pharmacy was awful. There are a couple of nice ladies that work there, but most of the staff treated us like we were junkies when we tried to pick up.We went in recently to pick up my husband's medicine, we were told that we had to wait 6 days. The rules are the rules, whatever. So we came back 6 days later only to be told that his medicine is out of stock. Of course we can't have it transferred without our doctor's approval, and he's out of the office. This is ridiculous. They're out of medication, they're rude, they're slow. Horrible experience. We drive 45 minutes from Des Arc to pick up our medicine, and they wasted our time. We will be switching back to our old pharmacy now that we have health insurance. Don't go here.

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Employees are ridiculous. also the slowest place on the planet don’t go here unless you want to spend 45 minutes waiting on terrible service. I wish I could have given zero stars! Completely and utterly ridiculous.

So, we ordered the prime rib meal this year. First off, when the wife went to pick it up they told her "we don't show an order for you." So, right off the bat "here we go." She showed them the confirmation email and after 45 minutes they found it. Thanksgiving day we get up and start cooking (despite what they advertise it is NOT precooked). The prime rib was the nastiest thing I've ever tried to eat. It had no flavor whatsoever, it was tough as shoe leather, and just disgusting. NO ONE liked it. The sides were the same, bland tasting and nasty. You would think for what they charge this wouldn't be the case. We will NEVER do this again with Kroger. Never.

I have used Kroger Pharmacy a few times. The assistants are always friendly. I love that Cabot's Kroger offers the pharmacy. With that, I am curious why in the world the pharmacy drive through would allow customers to sit and wait for Rx to be filled while waiting at the drive through window with a line of waiting customers. These drop off customers in the drive through should have to come back through the line when Rx is ready... the same as if they walked up to the counter. Time to re-evaluate! While re-evaluating your practice, the COVID guidelines are almost non existent now. Stop making your employees wear the masks!!

Called to see if ibuprofen 800 mgs was ready to pick up 30 minutes before I arrived. They said they are working on it now. When I walked to the counter they told me 10 minutes. So i said can i go through drive through? They said sure. Went through drive thru and pulled up to the window after about 15 more minutes. Was then asked to double around it would be 10 more minutes... For Ibuprofen? *Side note...watch your prescriptions when picking up controlled substances here! Twice was shorted on xanax from what the prescription was for by almost 10 tabs each time. Someone's doing the dipsey doo!

The absolute worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I have never seen anything quite so awful. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else, if you can. The employees move at a snails pace and there are apparently not enough on staff. There is always an insane line. Out of meds for terminal cancer patients (4 day wait on patches-ridiculous!!!!) and out of certain pills altogether. I have never seen such incompetence. Why can’t this area have a decent, quick pharmacy that also takes WellCare? You need to do better. Way better. Sick people and terminal patients NEED THEIR PAIN RELIEF.
