Very disappointed with my visit to the Cabot Goodwill. This is not the place to buy records anymore. They raised the price on all records! Records used to be a few bucks, now they range from 9-20 dollars! The cheapest record I saw was 9 and some change. I was blown away! I knew they raised their prices but this was a shock! I saw this Alice in Wonderland record (see pic) for 19.99 and it was written on and the record was scratched bad. Sad, I never thought I’d see record prices like this. You can buy a brand new record for 20 bucks at Walmart or Target. Remember this stuff is donated and the comments they are infamous for saying, “we have to raise prices to function” is bologna! Especially, the round it up mess they ask you to do at checkout. My answer will always be no! The ceo makes plenty of money. If I make a purchase, that is my donation. Paying 9-20 dollars now for used records is plain ludicrous! Another reason why I don’t recommend donating to Greedwill. Give to other non profits as we have many in Central Arkansas that don’t overcharge for donated goods. These records will become shelf warmers now as you can go to flea markets and purchase used records ten times cheaper!

Great goodwill!!! A lot better than the Searcy one. I hate that they don’t sort by size but neither does the Searcy on so maybe it’s just a thing here *shrug*

Prices have gone up & I honestly don’t see how this location is still open given the ridiculously high prices on used, 2nd hand, donated items. If you’re lucky you might find 1 or 2 decent items reasonably priced but overall this Goodwill isn’t as good as it use to be. If you find an item without a price they won’t get it priced for you, you will be told it has to go back through processing and maybe it will be put back on the floor the following day.
If you have stuff to donate find an independent thrift store that is actually using proceeds to help people in need.

I love goodwill. I have found books, movies, clothes, puzzles, boardgames and lots more. Prices are great especially when high dollar clothes or newly released books or movies. I have found some awesome deals at goodwill. I don't interact with the employees outside of paying for what I'm getting. They have always been fairly friendly toward me. No complaints. Other customers are a different story just like any other store.

This is the best Goodwill store in Arkansas. Except during the summer they don't seem to have air conditioning. Edit on 10-14-2023..... It really sucks they took out the dressing rooms now you can't try anything on unless you drop trou in the middle of the store. Because of theft? Everything in the entire store was donated for free so how can it even be considered theft? If anything charging us $20 for a used piece of free clothing is theft. Perfect example of corporate greed, I'm told they help no one. Any help the employees get comes from state and federal grants not from Goodwill.

Corrupt and greedy company. Seen items that still have the original tags and goodwill is charging more than what the original tag said. For whole donations they get for free, they charge too much. Don’t know how they refer to themselves as non profit.

$16.99 for a used Nickelodeon hat you got for free?? When I asked why it was so much, I was told it just depends on who's pricing the items...Come on Goodwill you can do better. I know you aren't hurting for money because it's always freezing inside during the summer.

Have only been here once but found a lot of great items of clothes in good quality for a good price. Its very big so plan to be in for an hour or so if you are going to look through all the clothes. Also know there are no dressing rooms (permanently closed i was told) but plenty of mirrors if you need to hold something up to see what it would look like.

This is a very big store. The volume of clothing can be overwhelming. If you shop the dresses, be prepared for your arms to tire out. The rack is very long and just high enough that you much reach up a bit.I used to pick up great shoes there, but the shoe prices have really gone up. I recall the days when this location didn’t have a boutique section where items were up charged. The nice handbags are on a wall behind the counter so they’re hard to shop. Nice staff that are helpful.
