The staff is always friendly here. It is a very convenient location. Even when there is a line, the staff moves it as swiftly as possible. They don't even seem irritated when customers come in who have tough transactions. They are clearly more patient than I am ;)

Be aware of some of these reviews. They are NOT rating this facility they are rating corporate. This is a great facility very helpful and friendly staff. Been going since they opened many moons ago. Always professional and helpful. 5 stars all day

The past 3 deliveries have been a nightmare. Imagine working from home and getting a call from your husband who tells you their very expensive order has been delivered. Now imagine opening your door to retrieve the package only to see that it is not at the front door and because sometimes packages are placed in your garage, you think to look there as well. Your husband then informs you that the picture sent to him shows his package was left by our mailbox. Our mailbox is up the road, on the side of the street that leads to our street. Feeling Frustrated? Now, multiply that scenario by 3! Three very important items, on 3 separate occasions in the past week have been delivered to our mailbox. Our mailbox! Not our house. ***It’s important to note that our mailbox is nowhere near our house. Our mailbox sits on the side of an adjacent road about 20 feet away from our front door. The road to our house is easily accessible so there’s no excuse for why any FedEx delivery would be “delivered” to a mailbox on the side of the street instead of our front door just up the road. Package #1 was “delivered” to our mailbox and left just short of the actual street. My husband made a formal complaint and was told this would be handled. Package #2 was left by the stop sign at the end of our road, putting the package about a foot behind our mailboxes yet still very close to the street. It still looked like just another piece of junk left on the side of the road. Again, my husband complained and even spoke to the same person to be consistent. Package #3 was left, yet again, on the side of the road. I’m at work in my actual office today (45 minutes away). My husband works 20 minutes away. Thankfully, he was able to leave work today (he’s not always so lucky) when he got the delivery notification and saw the picture of his package sitting by our mailbox. My husband will make another formal complaint but it’s at this point that I can no longer remain silent. What sucks is that we cannot just boycott something like this. Certain companies contract with certain delivery companies and there’s no way around it. I am not naïve enough to believe this review will fix this issue but formal complaints don’t seem to be working either. I’m not a malicious person and wish no ill will on whoever is doing this. I do, however, worry about this person. I worry what might happen if this complacency continues and if this delivery person crosses the wrong individual. So FedEx, if you’re seeing this, please stop leaving peoples packages on the side of the road! Please and thank you!
