I have tried multiple times over a 4 year period to give them a chance. I wanted it to be my pharmacy BUT..., slow, always using the same excuse they are swamped. My prescription will be called in early A.M. and late afternoon, it hasn't been started. Usually when someone gets a script called in, they need it that day and not later in week. And they NEVER have all of a full script. They owe you which you have to make a second trip to get. Just can't like them. Just can't. Wish I could leave zero stars. Hire more help. My suggestion.

A seamless experience. The clinic called the script in near closing time. Such friendly staff. Said it would be a few minutes. Quick service. Good customer service

I visited the pharmacy on Friday and they had a advertising sign that said free covic test were free and that is false advertising they wouldn't even talk to me about it I think that is just wrong as heck it seems like every pharmacy is trying to make money off of covic 19 I hope God has mercy on there souls I want never go there again

We just moved here from Texas and it's been a rough start. My husband had issues getting his medication from the VA. Every single member of their staff was patient and kind with us. Long story short, he was able to get what he needed filled. I will NEVER forget our experience and will definitely be using them going forward. Thank you so much to the pharmacist that assisted us. I will NEVER forget your kindness ❤️❤️

I feel so blessed to have had Express Rx there for us after me and my whole family was diagnosed with covid. They went above and beyond to get us the medical attention we needed. Even as far as coming to our home to administrator the covid infusions.. 5 stars is not enough. I feel that this company actually cares about their customers and it shows. Everyone was so kind ...understanding...and had so much patience.... They made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process. I am very thankful for them and all their compassion. Will definitely be using them from now on for all our medical needs.

When Fred’s shut down this was the place to go. They were friendly and fast. Used common sense techniques for asking someone that will be there a while to pull around and let others thru, etc. But something happened a few months ago. The front employees are nice but now everything takes forever and the pharmacists are rude. They don’t tell you when you have medications ready or even called in. They don’t auto apply coupons like they used to which results in overcharging.Usually a drastic drop in customer service level like this means a Management change and loss of tenured, knowledgeable employees. Idk what happened but I really hope they get it together soon so we don’t have to find a new pharmacy.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They get your prescriptions filled quickly and never a long line to drop off. So glad they're close to my home as well! Thanks a bunch!!!

Love them sherwood and cabot they are always friendly and do all they can to help the staff at both stores are best. I wouldnt go back to walmart or Walgreen for my prescription ever

i love the staffthat’s why i switched. they don’t judge you based on the medication you take. They are also very friendly and a fast efficient pharmacy.
