We had purchased a few items with a wisely card and with the transaction processing slowly the cashier on June 11, 2024 Tues day evening, had asked my little sister what was taking so long. My sister had let her know the transaction was just processing slow. The cashier had then started clicking buttons on the register like it was frozen/glitched. She then pursued to let a manager in the back know about the delay with the system, but by the time she came back the transaction had cancelled. With the transaction cancelling on her end, the purchase had still been processed successfully on my sister’s end. We tried to let the cashier know and she rudely stated it didn’t have anything to do with her. She went to the back and got the manager involved. We all know if a credit card is declined through a transaction the payment bounces right back to your card automatically. This did not happen for my sister. The manager had then became snappy with us telling us it will be a 24-hour process before the total bounces back to the card. She had told us to come back up the next day. We did and nobody had let the man know of the issue we had the day before. The man was unable to send the money back to the card. This dollar general really wasn’t no help. All I can say is that this dollar general got us for the last time and we will take our service elsewhere.

Why is this store closed during business hours???. This is my 3rd time in 2 weeks trying to visit this store and no one is there.

I would've given more stars, however, there's still plenty of empty spaces on the shelves! Also, please, PLEASE, start carrying more price reduced items! Also, more of a selection when it comes to everyday products. Dollar general can't compete with Walmart because of the lack of selection and prices. Hopefully, one day I hope that they invite other reasonable prices and products in the store!

Over the past several months or so this store went from being a nice place to shop to a total nightmare. Shelves are completely bare most days on half the food aisles. There are maybe 3 good employees left. The rest are extremely rude and often even combative over very simple things. Go to any other DG or hit Harps or something. Trust me it's not worth it.

When are they going to get their phone working???? I’ve been told that a work order was submitted over a year ago but still has not been repaired. So NO one can call the store to ask a question and it be answered without having to go to the store physically to ask that question that could have been ANSWERED over the phone!!! A HUGE WASTE OF GAS FOR A SIMPLE QUESTION!!!!!!!!! ?

They never have anything. Selection is minimal. All the while boxes sit in aisles and not stocked.

The products are very reasonable price! I've got Drink mix. It just one dollar!! Usually I got little bit expensive price at the another grocery store.I was so happy to get in this store.They have a pretty large mount of products.Groceries, school supplies and decorates stuff!I also got the wooden pinches. I saw the another store, but they were expensive price for me. I got a just a dollar too!Store is clean and shelfs are tied up! Easy to find a stuff. Parking lot is easy to park the car!Most of employees were friendly.
