Have been renting at Campground for about four months now and we are about to request the fourth battery change on our unit. We generally try to add/remove items on the weekend and have frequently been unable to because of the battery issue and no one around to fix.Yesterday, the exit gate would not connect to our Bluetooth, we were unable to get ahold of anyone, so we had to bluetooth out the entry gate.Not a fan of the technology here, it only adds inconvenience. Would much prefer the padlock style other storages use. It's a shame, because this place is really nice and is by far the most convinient location for us (hence the extra star).Not sure if we just have an unlucky unit, but we're tired of dealing with the same issue over and over and having only limited access to our things.

I paid 140$ to rent a unit for almost a year, I went to get my furniture out of it today and found rat feces and urine on everything. I called and let them know what was going on and they told me they won't do anything about it. I want people to know what's going on there so they can protect there things to.

Very disappointed in their lack of flexibility and compassion, I was under the impression that you had until the 5th of each month to pay and I was told on the 6th there will be a late charge added so when I went to pay on the 5th there was a extra charge, called the office and was told they would not make any exceptions to take this one time late fee off, sad thing is I am a single person going through a divorce and had to give up my home due to not being able to afford it and this happens....If I knew I was late I would not have anything to say in my defense but I honestly thought I was good until the 5th..

Awesome self storage. If you need storage you have too much stuff and probably a pack rat.

There should be a way to hold the doors open for the climate control storage units. It's a pain to try to carry a box and open the doors.
