Way over priced. I mean 5k or more over value. He's arrogant about it too.Edit to reply--you had a car about 5-7k above KBB value, told me KBB wasn't at all accurate which it is because that's what dealers use to value their used inventory and trades. I'd know, I work at a dealership. A 2004 Honda Civic for $9k! when it's valued, even in today's market, at maybe $3k in excellent condition, which i doubt this car was. My 2012 Kia Sorento I recently sold was only worth $5k with the same mileage lol. I would have paid cash for an old car like that for my daughter but I was told on the phone "I paid a lot for it and I gotta make money". Sorry but if you paid anything over 3k for that car you were ripped off. And you pass on those rip offs.

Bought a truck from chuck and couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. No pressure, no hassle. Went in knowing what I wanted and after a few days of getting things finalized with my credit union, I drove off the lot with what I went in for. Only ever felt like I was treated like family and not just another customer at one other dealership. Very professional and easy to work with. Came highly recommended and I took a chance on brockinton. Don't regret the purchase at all. Will definitely recommend to someone looking for a quality vehicle for a decent price.

My friend came here today to trade in a vehicle and was treated kindly by the son.She was filling out paperwork for financing and the dad walks in tells her it's a waste of her time he doesn't want her business.He was rude and horrible.Anyone who buys a car from this man is endorsing his awful homophobic hate!Shame on this man.My friend is a cna who has devoted her life to care for others and this man should be ashamed!
