The middle AC unit on my 21 Dutchstar went out and naturally it was out of warranty. We were on a 7 month trip and it was early summer but in the 90's so we needed AC. They called and got the AC unit delivered in a couple of days. We stayed the night before on their property with complementary 50 amp and water. As soon as the truck dropped the unit they were installing it for us. Everyone from the parts lady, mechanics to the owner were just GOOD people. They didn't treat us as a number but as a valued customer. I live in Florida and was just passing through but I am going to schedule next year to travel though the area just to have whatever maintenance that needs done completed there. If only they could teach the bigger RV repair shops how to treat a customer.Service: Air conditioning

BCRV is the best RV repair service in the world! They got me in for repair in a very timely manner and fixed my problem the same day! We were happily on our camping way thanks to the guys there. I would never recommend any place other than BCRV!

I called them in December to come out and fix my electrical. I lost all my ac and the dc inverter wasn't working right. I had to run extension cords from my shed and the power post just to run my stuff and stay warm. They came out a couple of days later and looked at my breaker box and then found my inverter. The guy said he had to order a new part that goes with the inverter. A month later I call and they say they got the wrong part. A few days later Bill and Charlie came out and looked at everything and changed my 50 amp cord and said I'm now running on ac. Plus they were going to order a new breaker box for me. That was in March. So I called on the 6th of April trying to find out what was going on, the receptionist said she would find out and call me back. Never happened. Called them again on the 19th of April same response same thing never called me back. Today the 20th of April I called to see what was going on. Was told to find someone else to fix my problem because they are to busy to finish the job. Mind you I haven't had a fridge or an electrical water heater all this time.I will never recommend this company to anyone. BC RV Reapir provided great body and trim repair on our 2019 Redwood. Our 5th wheel rear end cap was damaged, and the whole cap had to be replaced. We also got an awning and lights replaced, and they provided quality work. They also dealt with our insurance company and with our extended warranty company. They made the whole process go very smoothly, and we could not be happier. Our camper looks fantastic, and we were treated very well. We will be taking our camper back to BC RV Repair for all of our future servicing needs!Service: Body & Trim

I had the worst experience while attempting to patronize this company. I drove my bus 4 hours to have the ac looked at. I called & they said it was ok to bring it. It was a total nightmare & one of the most gut wrenching scariest days of my life‼️ The more I drove, I began to realize that these people do not have a building. I found myself stuck on a narrow dirt road at the top of a very steep mountain with barns, goats & horses. It was pitch black dark, pouring down raining, thunder & lightning. They stopped answering their phone‼️ I never made it because the more I drove, i realized that they are doing business out of a barn / she shed. There wasn’t any commercial buildings around. I waisted my time, gas & ended up getting stuck in the mud. I did not feel safe at all in the area. It felt Iike I was in a horror movie. They knew I was headed there & stopped answering my calls after I drove almost 4 hours‼️ I even tried to search through Google images & I did not find a building‼️ I felt that it was in my best interest & safety to turn around. This is a horrible way to treat a client‼️ They are false advertising. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COUNTRY BUMPKIN, BOOTLEG, BOONDOCKS, OLD DIRT ROAD, TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN, DEAD END, HORROR MOVIE, FREDDY CRUGER, JASON, MICHAEL MYERS, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE & FRAUD COMPANY TO ANYONE‼️Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Called on a Friday at 4, told them what was going on. Asked about working with warranty company (and I already had a ticket open) they asked for some #’s off the old a/c and they had one in stock. Got an appointment on Monday morning at 9, went to breakfast and when we returned it was done. Got paperwork and we were off to our next destination. Really impressed with the service and them working us in and working with warranty company! We appreciate quick and great service on a short notice.Service: Air conditioning

Wish there were 6 stars. These guys are the absolute greatest. They have gone FAR BEYOND any other service that we have ever used. They are more than willing to extend a helping hand and they make things happen. Regardless of how busy they are, they always seem to find a way to get things done. They have gotten me out of some tight situations. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have a Class C Forest River camper that had bedroom slide problems I contacted BC RV Repair I was advised they have a mobile service, Charlie and Bill came to my residence and a short time later the slide was repaired.
