My first time here and the service was terrible. I specifically told the scheduler what I was booked for before I came in to my appointment, just to get there to be told that what I would need done will take up 30 minutes of there time to do and that I would have to reschedule . Even with asking about what I am experiencing , dr. Sharon Abram’s wasn’t sure and acted agitated , making me feel as though she was just prescribing me stuff to get me out of the office .. when I tried to tell her my issues , I had to asked her to please shut the door because she had the door wide open standing in the hallway as if she was in a rush .. I guess doctors have to report the prescriptions to whomever after each patient because I could hear her all the way down the hall yelling out the prescription that was sent over for me. I feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously and hippa/ confidentiality is not important at this location . I don’t care if it was just for a simple uti , I require all of my information to be kept confidential anywhere that I go . I will not be back .. did not feel welcomed at all

I usually don't have a ton of good to say about ARCare but this time I came in after a bout of seizures gave me severe back pain. They were able to prescribe me a steroid and a muscle relaxer that helped relieve that pain to where I could at least get around and I am so thankful for that. It didn't make it disappear but I can live more normally without excruciating pain I had before. Thanks to my doctor here. I am thankful more than you know.

Sad to say that this place has been nothing but a nightmare for us.Nurses not COOPERATING with us and referrals we request eventually go thru but samples requested and processed through this establishment have seemingly been forgotten.Staff says systems went down causing delays. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE CALL OR GO TO ARCARE, THEY HAVE YET, ANOTHER REASON WHY WE CAN NOT MAKE ANY PROGRESS IN IMPROVING OUR DAUGHTERS HEALTH.WEEK 3.

Terrible , dr Anderson is rude and doesn’t listen he just does what he wants even when 5 MD’s from st Vincent’s said get a referral to a cardiologist from your pcp he refused to give me a referral the front desk staff is terrible Bree is her name well whatever her name is she could have gave me a false name , I will be looking for a new pcp this place is a joke .

Older building with great staff. I think this picture of a very silly mounted speaker in the ceiling summarizes the 'lipstick on a pig' remodel job. Not complaining, again the staff is great and they do a good job with low prices.

I use this locations pharmacy. They are always pleasant and as helpful as they can be when navigating insurances and the doctors sending in prescriptions/etc.

I had the worst experience today. I saw the female aprn and she would not listen to any of my concerns! I called my cardiologist myself to be seen on next Tuesday. No lab drawn or anything. Never again!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. 000000 ☆☆☆

My mother had an appt for fasting labs this morning at 10:45. It was almost an hour before the doctor came in. Mind you, she is a diabetic and I kept telling them she has had nothing to eat. It was almost 12 when the lady started trying to draw blood. She had to try about 5 different veins because she couldn't get enough blood and each one would blow. My mom almost passed out and began getting very sick. NEVER EVER again! That is just plain cruel to make a 75 year old woman wait that long. I felt so bad for her. :(

Male Dr. (Didn't introduce himself) Is a complete POS and treated my fiancee who was in a severe car wreck like she was wasting his time and dismissed all of her concerns. Lucky for him I was unable to come to this appointment. Pure garbage!!

While I have high regard for my nurse practitioner, i cant say the same for the staff. I have to call every month, after my pharmacy faxes them, to request refills. I have to beg. Today i have waited 3 days for my levothyroxin to be filled. I have called 3 days in a row and begged for it as its Friday and i cant go all weekend without it. I also asked for the Office Manager to call me. LOL. And they wont give out her name even. Also i wait over an hour every time.

This review is for the Arcare on Financial Center Parkway. They do not have a yelp for that location. Hence the 2 star review because this particular arcare in cabot I don't have any issues with. My only regret with this review is with Dr. Meador. Doctor Meador, has been the best doctor I have ever had. I look to her as a mother and that is not the norm for doctors. She has saved my life more times than she will ever realize and I will never forget her. It's a shame she has to work at this particular office. She deserves her own practice and she deserves the world. -On the other end, the team there is completely useless and unforgiving. Scarlett, the nurse(NOT A DOCTOR) prescribed me huge amounts of benzos my first meeting with her about a 1.5 yrs ago.Then she cut me off cold turkey. That was my first stay in a hospital due to seizures. This last time, yesterday's appointment,, she decided to cut me off on not one but TWO medications that you can't just stop taking after taking for a year or more. So I imagine that this will be ANOTHER hospital stay because of her. And then there's Laurie Geurin. She was my counselor. I kid you not, her exact words were "it's frustrating trying to help you." She is not qualified whatsoever for the position she is in. All I did was ask for advice, I followed the advice but yet I'm still "too frustrating to handle." No counselor should EVER say that to a patient. These people need to be fired ASAP because they are not equipped to help another human being. Now I'm left with basically a "good luck, hopefully you don't die." Scarlett needs her license revoked and Laurie needs to find a career that does not have anything to do with helping people. I HAVE MORE SCHOOLING AND A TON MORE EMPATHY THAN THAT WOMAN WHO DARES CALL HERSELF A COUNSELOR. I hope to god they don't treat other patients that may be more unstable than me because they are going to KILL THEM AS SCARLET ALMOST KILLED ME WITH BENZOS. IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS ARCARE FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. STAY FAR AWAY. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY. First,a counselor should never EVER tell a patient that that they are just too frustrating to talk to. If you are offered LAURIE GEAUREN STAY FAR FAR AWAY. HOPING her position does not last long. As far as Scarlett, stay away as well. You will be better taken care of by Doctor Meador when she returns. So if you're reading this Scarlett, just know that the first time I saw you, you over prescribed benzos. Then cut me off cold turkey. Ended up in the hospital for the first time. I just hope and pray that I don't end up in the hospital this time around because of you again. You need to find a different career path. The few times we met, you never even looked me in the eyes. That says more than I can right now. (Hope you understand sarcasm with all of that "education" you have) -Forgot to mention the lies. They say they want to help you, they even gave me an extra support's number just in case I ever needed anybody to talk to. The last text he sent me after I asked for help was extremely rude. They all may come off as nice and informative at first, but believe me, you will get screwed over as I have TWICE by Scarlett. If this review saves ones life or even makes ONE person reconsider coming to this joke of a doctors office(again, not about Dr. Meador) then I will he happy I left this review. We all are human beings with problems. None of us deserve to be treated like scum and no "counselor" should ever be annoyed when a client asked for advice. I will not stop with these reviews and calls until A-Laurie is replaced B- a better medical professional takes the place of Scarlett. She's not a doctor, she cannot go against doctor's orders. Just last week, before Dr. Meador left, she told me the she will not take me off this certain medication for a very long time....but then here comes Scarlett, undermining and doing things that are just plain dangerous.
