I am a single mom of two. Went in about 2 years ago looking for a reliable vehicle, not knowing what it meant to sign a contract for an as is vehicle with no warranty. That should be thoroughly explained to every buyer especially the younger ones. Left with a 2013 Jeep Cherokee with a total sale price of $17,260 a total of $24,747 after the added credit amount. I literally could have bought a new vehicle for this price and nobody explained the costs of anything before having me sign. 2 months later the air conditioning stops working, 9 months after I had it the motor went out and I was told it was going to be $8,900 to have a new motor put in on top of the money I put down on it and already had invested in it. Not knowing what else to do because I had no way to get to work or get my kids to school without having someone chauffeur us around I decided to let it go and start over with a vehicle that would actually run. Now I have had a lawsuit filed against me and am currently having my paycheck garnished for the remainder of the loan I owe on this piece of junk jeep that is no longer in my possession. Not to even mention but I’m going to anyway the tires were completely worn out which I should have been aware of at the time of purchase but I wasn’t. Obviously I have contacted Apex Auto Group in Cabot but of course there’s nothing anybody can do about it now and the 2 salesman that sold me the jeep didn’t even work there 9 months after selling to me. I want people to be aware of this because I wouldn’t want this to happen to anybody else. It completely set me back financially and it’s all my fault for coming to this place and making a purchase. Car dealerships need to make sure the vehicles they are selling to people are of good quality and explain what it means for these people that they are going to be legally responsible for these vehicles they are purchasing even if they don’t last past a year.

Well, not much to say, they had a car that my mom ? wanted, but it wasn't fully loaded. And they barely had any cars ? ? left.

The vehicle didn't make it 50 miles before it had to be towed away.

Bought a motorcycle and they didn't even make sure it was safe to ride. Back tires were bald, front were dry rotted, rear blinkers broke off. There are several UCC Laws in which they violate just like every bank and car dealerships does.

Bought a vehicle from them earlier this year. Had some issues, including the 4x4 randomly turning on, car would occasionally shut off on the road. Battery died on me once because the terminal connectors were so corroded they no longer conducted electricity between the battery and the alternator. None of this was disclosed during purchase. Discovered shortly after taking home (due to blown tire) that all tires had been inflated to double the recommended pressure. Got new tires and many issues fixed themselves, but still disappointed in lack of transparency in the name of moving inventory

I purchased a car here that was listed for $5000. I didn’t have any credit and they worked with me. After taxes, closing costs, and apr it came me out to be $12,000. Which this car is very basic with manual windows etc. I needed a car very badly to get back and fourth to work so I accepted because I thought they were setting me up with something nice and reliable. Granted it was a 2011, with 88,000 miles on it. After having it for a year, I have poured about $1000 in replacing parts, now it can’t even drive on the freeway faster than 60mph, the transmission is going out, it overheats so bad and the codes won’t give us a reason why. They gave me the incorrect title in time of sale. I’m just disappointed with my little car, I was hoping I would be able to have it for years as long as I took care of it and keep up with the care of it. I owe about 7,000 left on it and it’s giving me trouble on just 5 minute routes, won’t even drive up a bridge, it’ll stop sending gas to the motor. I’m not putting all the blame on them, because I’ve had it for a year you know? Just be aware of the quality of vehicles that they sell so you don’t make the same mistake as me.

We drove from Jonesboro, AR to test drive a car. We didn't make it before closing and we called to let them know. Titan and Patrick stayed and waiting on us. They were very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help without knowing if we would buy or not. We did buy and will be returning customers. I don't recommend many places, but If you want great service and a great vehicle this is the place to go. Thanks so I appreciate your kindness and honesty!
