Very rude especially against women, car went to his mechanic twice only replaced temp sending unit on the second visit to the mechanic, found water in the trunk where the battery and computer are located 72 yr old woman is scared of him, so her daughter and I did it for her. He raised his voice at her daughter so I stood up and advised him that was inappropriate and he would not disrespect her. Request we leave (mainly me) and then followed me out the door with 3 more men and one on the porch. They were advised they would be better off wearing pork chop panties while petting a starving ?!

Roger (the owner), Dennis, and the finance guy were excellent customer servicemen. I did not think I would qualify to get anything but they worked my paperwork online and all I had to do was go in for less than 30 minutes to sign and test drive the car I picked out and it was over. I would recommend Airbase Auto to anyone needing quality transportation!!! Go there if you want to be happy when you leave ??

Edited to change review from 5 stars to 1 star.Buyer Beware! When purchasing the vehicle, my mom bought the extended warranty because it was sold as an amazing deal that covers drive train and everything except maintenance parts like brakes and belts and things like that. Almost right away (within 2 weeks), the vehicle started to have a hard shift to or not engage reverse. We took the vehicle and the warranty to our preferred auto shop. The warranty doesn't cover everything as previously told. It only pays a percentage of the total with a cap. It also took more than two weeks to get approval for even a portion to be covered. So we now have to pay over $3500 to repair a vehicle for which we have only driven a handful of times.Also, we were not notified that the title was available and had to call after the 30 day mark to inquire about the title. At that time, we were told the title had been at the office for two weeks. Not sure why no one contacted us, but this is just one more inconvenience to add to the whole ordeal.Original review: My mom was looking for a specific type of vehicle. Airbase Auto Sales had one in stock, so we went to check it out. The owner was very helpful and made my mom a good deal. Overall, we were pleased and would buy another vehicle here in the future.

We were lied to about a truck. Drove over 2 hours to get there only to find out truck was misrepresented. When confronted they said "Oh, I thought it was a government truck." What a waste of time and money. Why cant dealers just be honest?

Saw a car on Facebook market place my wife was interested in on 5/30/21, I called dealership spoke with a guy about the vehicle he stated it was still available and sent me the link to do the app to apply for financing. I completed the app and txted salesman back and told him I was done, he told me he was at the local revenue and would process when he got back to office. Mind you we were looking to purchase that weekend in general but wife really liked that specific vehicle.
