Give 5 star to my instructor "JJ' on keeping me focused on a goal and having desire to come in and work out.As for the facility maybe a 3 star: air circulation, equipment in front area repairs, sound system (do not wear my earing aids in there due to the loudness of it) and last the heat/air units the filters have NOT been changed since I started . THE BUILDING STRUCTURE AROUND UNIT IS COATED WITH CAKED UP DUST, SKIN CELLS ETC!Staff is great!

Terrible management/service. We cancelled our membership because we moved to a state that did not have this gym only to find out they never cancelled and were still charging AND refused to refund our money back.
