Dollar General stores always appear disorganized, and dirty. You also need to make sure the price marked on the shelf is what you pay at the register.

This store was very clean, and the shelves were stocked full. The employees were friendly, polite, and very helpful.

It's dollar general... Easier in and out than Walmart. Good prices on many things, but if you pay close attention you'll notice smaller portions. I shop price per ounce and have noticed their cheaper things are actually just smaller amounts than what you find at other stores.
