I live in Bryant and I go the extra distance to use this post office. The workers are always so kind and helpful.

Multiple times I have ordered a pickup and they failed to show up. I sell for eBay so it affects my customers.

I’ve read the reviews and was pretty Leary about coming here considering one of my packages seemed to come up missing which it didn’t it’s just with the holiday shipping packages may not necessarily get scanned they are just routed and show up LOL welp that happened to one of my customers packages. My personal experience with Ms Lisa was really good ever time I come in she is welcoming and truly helpful… I thank the postal staff for their hard work and dedication especially during the holiday season!

The worst post office I have ever used. I went in to mail some cards and after she mashed every card she said it felt like plastic was in there and it would have to be sent as a parcel. She wasn't sure though, she was the postmaster there,. There was a bit of plastic in there to cover the face of my birthday cards. She just does not like me as I have issues with her service in the past. I will never go back as I don't think you can trust her to mail you packages or mail if she does not care for you. She needs to be replaced. In the past I have mailed many cards there that have a small plastic piece to protect them and I was only asking for the cost of additional postage. I have heard many complaints about her. I took my cards to Benton had so issue at all. She is what is wrong with the post office.

They just rudely turned away a lobby full of people who were there before closing time, saying they closed at noon and would not take any more people. She flipped the sign to closed and locked us all out. Mimi had been waiting at least a half hour. I made a special trip to get there before noon to buy stamps to try and get out a Father’s Day card. Super frustrating

I ONLY needed a postage stamp. I had everything ready for my letter to be mailed to the Little Rock social security office, which didn't offer in-person meetings since Covid-19, or else I would have gone directly to the SS office. I was going to drop off the mail in the bin, and looked around the office to check if there was a self-service for something as small as a stamp since the worker couldn't be bothered and I don't know why she kept talking without a care about my time. I had to ask the lady with black curly hair (didn't care to catch her name) and she yelled at me to get out. The office didn't close until 15 minutes later. A stamp would have taken 1 minute. I've worked in customer service jobs for years and regardless of how my day is going I would never yell at anyone like that. She was chatting with the person in front of me and rolled her eyes at me, then told the previous customer to ask me to leave (why ask a customer to do that? That was odd to me).OVERALL, I HIGHLY recommend going to the Southwest Little Rock or Benton offices instead. Never had an issue at either location and they were actually professional.I never leave reviews like this, but when an employee comes at me shaking with anger making me leave for something as simple as a stamp I prefer to let others know.

Whenever I showed up to the post office. The lady named Lisa had such a bad attitude towards me and the other customers for absolutely no reason. She’s rude. Demeaning. And absolutely a horrible human being. I’m absolutely disgusted and highly recommend getting rid of her.

The lady behind the counter was very rude!!! And talked about the people in line to the person she was waiting on. Didn’t care much of my problem tracking a package I had mailed there 3 weeks ago and have the tracking number, and she said since it had prepaid postage and wouldn’t have been tracked ??? REALLY RUDE Bryant Arkansas Post Office

Hands down the worst USPS location I've ever been to. I've had issues with slowness, poor policy, and bad parking in the past but my interaction today put all that to shame. I stood in line for 20 minutes, walked through the inner doors, watched the Crystel ring up the individual in front of me and then told me she was closed at 4:01pm. I had a scan code for my parcel that typically takes less than 30 seconds to transact. I asked her politely to please just ring me up since I had been waiting for 20 minutes. She proceeded to argue with me for the next 5 minutes with her excuse simply being that she was disallowed to post transactions after 4pm.I asked for information to get in touch with management to discuss this further and she refused to provide me with a phone number or contact information. She simply told me to Google it. Lady, the number on the Google business page is for USPS main number, not the store. Any non-savvy person would have simply gotten lost in a loop. Luckily I found the local number and called it. It rang 12 times and there was no voicemail or automated service in the slightest.Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy that my tax dollars and additional cost to ship a business parcel (which I paid for in advance to reduce the wait times for all our sakes) provided me with such an inadequate level of service. At this point I'm strongly considering contacting the postmaster general about this location. I'm even inclined to start considering the position of defunding USPS after recent issues. COVID isn't an excuse anymore. Its been here for going on two years and its not going away. Fix your policies and your people. I never have any issues at UPS and I'll be happy to take my business shipping down the road.
