Also, the repairman fixed my flat within a few minutes and I was on my way. He was so polite and knew exactly what to! A big shout out to these people. Thanks for the quick and friendly help!”

Not only were they the best price. They were the 1st shop to actually align the truck correctly and align the steering wheel...every place else the truck has been aligned they "forget" to align steering wheel and have to take it back in or we just deal with it.

“I called ahead of time about some tires and the quote they gave me over the phone is what they charge me when I got there. They got me in and out in less than one hour and 10 minutes. “On Tuesday, July 12, 2024, while running errands, my battery was acting up. So, I called to see if I could bring my car in so it could be checked out. They were able to work me in. Sure enough, I needed another battery. So, they got me fixed up and on my way. Was able to finish my day!
I had to wait awhile, but I never mind that because it is always worth the wait. My husband and I, before he passed away have been coming here for a long time. And now, I still come here, because of the great service I get here.”

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn’t rub.. well they didn’t, but that’s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it’s okay. “I had to get a battery for my car. I pulled in and most of the workers were eating breakfast sandwiches and trying to talk to me at the same time. They got my battery in pretty quick but when I had to pay it took so long, something about printer issues. I'm certainly not complaining because Autozone batteries where expensive and if I bought the battery from them they could not put it in. Walmart saved me about 80 bucks”

“I was visiting my daughter who attends college in Arkansas and her car began overheating. I live in Indiana and did not want to leave until she had a functioning car. This Firestone was quick to diagnose the problem. It was a bad radiator fan. It was replaced/repaired in a timely manner. (Less than a day) This allowed her to have a working car and gave me peace of mind that she had transportation. The kindness of the staff and willingness to repair the car quickly, even on a Saturday, was very appreciated. It was quality workmanship and continues to run great!
