The new management is terrible. My review went from five stars to one. The couple that run it seem to have a lot of drama and I have caught the guy yelling at her in front of customers on property. I can't ever get them to answer the phone to pay my unit. I have left messages, I don't get returned phone calls. Look somewhere else.

I had a unit at this storage facility this week and they were great. The new managers are extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a storage unit. Thank u USA storage!

The new managers are GARBAGE! Must be pocketing the late fees b/c they went from a set rate of $5.00 to $10 the first week, then $20 every week thereafter. When I asked to speak to upper management because I wasn't notified of these changes and they aren’t my contract, TRACY refused to provide me with any contact information. She hung up and stopped answering the phone. I'm moving my things out this weekend. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these scammers. Storage sloths are what they are...they DO NOT honor contractual agreements. FYI, storage was due on 9/1/23…it’s 9/22/23…not a month behind.

This place is ran by thieves. I talked to John at the end of January 2023 and told him I was pulling all of my stuff because I was moving to North Little Rock. I asked him if I needed to do anything and he swears that he told me that I needed to call him after I finished moving out to finish the process. I do not recall this as I remember being told that I was good to go. Low and behold here it is March and they have charged me $140 dollars for a storage unit I have not had since the beginning of February. I talked to him today and he says there is nothing that can be done about the $140 they stole from me. They are expensive and like to steal people's money. Let them starve, avoid this place at all cost.s

Jean is the very best! She runs the Bryant location so smoothly. Every step of the way the process was seamless. She’s not only knowledgeable but very kind. The location is great for the Bryant area. Jean is so nice and helpful. At one time I rented 3 units 2 storage and one for the RV. Jean was always so nice about all of the additons, etc. going from 3 now done to none. If you need storage go see her she will definitely take good care of you!!

People very nice but when we rented the unit they said it leaked at door. After being there 8 months we moved out and some of our boxes were totally ruined and the contents. Locker # 164. Just watch your stuff. Wish we had. I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews.

We got a medium sized weather controlled storage unit, it was big enough to fit everything we needed and was very clean. The customer service we received was absolutely fantastic and we would stay if we could. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Thank y’all for everything!
