“I went in to First Shot today to check out a handgun I’ve been interested in and I was so glad I did. I was warmly greeted by everyone when I walked in. One of the employees was quick to help me and immediately pulled out several handguns by the company I am interested in for me to check out. He kindly recommended another handgun as well. Their pricing is phenomenal too and lower compared to what I’ve seen online for what I’ve been considering. They can’t be beat! I will be going back to purchase my new handgun at the beginning of the coming week from First Shot.”

“We reached out to the owners of Sports Shop about a very close friend of ours, a previous teammate, that recently received a diagnosis of cancer. We wanted to have wrist bands embroidered in a 24 hour time frame to take to a tournament to support him and the family. The shop was closed for spring break but the owner arranged for the bands to be embroidered and covered the cost of the bands because he was a previous player for one of his baseball organizations and has a huge heart! We are blown away by the generosity of The Sports Shop in Benton and highly recommend them. Owners are great and love kids and families. Thank you for all you do for our community.”

“I just wanted to compliment Christian, a sales associate at the Bass Pro Pkwy location. He is the friendliest, most helpful young man!Went shopping for school clothes with my son last week and he helped us. He was wonderful that day!Today, took my daughter school clothes shopping and the minute we walked in the store, he greeted us with a smile and "how can I help you today?" Before I could even answer, he said "you don't remember me, do you?" As he was walking towards us, I stated I did remember him from last week and he gave me a big hug because he said "we are like family."Christian just put the biggest smile on my face because of his true care and concern....don't find that much with customer service these days, unfortunately.We started browsing and he checked on us frequently, all while he was helping other customers.When we were checking out, he explained how he actually remembered us from last year when we were school clothes shopping then. Truly amazing, I absolutely remember him from last summer as well!I was so bummed to hear that he will be leaving; although excited to hear that he is going off to college! “I was looking for a specific style of pants. While I was in there I found several items that were on clearance. They had a good selection of women's clothing and shoes. Along with hoodies and jackets. The staff were very helpful and the store was clean.”

“I needed large crates to keep my huskies from escaping and they were the only store with some in stock. The store has a jerky cart, birthday card rack, dog food… I really want a riding lawnmower so I love to check out the selection of them out front. The poor plants didn’t fair well in this extreme heatwave. Wish they could have been brought in or something because they look pitiful. The cashier was nice and helped me get a gift card and this place has only the card, the card isn’t even in a holder of any sort… she was surprised they come like that too lol. They have some other odds and ends such as miniature model animals. I could spend a ton of money in this store if given the opportunity ?”

“The people that work here are absolutely amazing. We were going to Bass Pro to shop and got a flat tire on the freeway pulling in. We went inside to buy a wrench, and David (Bradford Marine employee) immediately offered to help us. He had us pull our vehicle into the bay. He and the other employees graciously changed our tire over to the spare we had. This type of unwavering kindness is rare to come across in this day and age. We are thankful for these people tonight and will for sure be going here for any boat needs we have in the future.”
