  My bf stopped and used his us pass port like he does everyday! Like he did two days ago! Well Micheal decided to tell him today that he can't take it when I walked in and asked why he said the company changed the rules ( didn't know they could do that) so I called the road runner in Little Rock and they said it's a LAW if it's valid which I already know that. I asked them if they was ran by the same company as the one in Bryant they said yes and I told them what happen and they said he was wrong. I've tried to call for the pass 45 minutes trying to talk to someone to figure out why they refuse my bfs passport but of course the phone is staying busy. He even stated that he knows he has accepted his pass port before but now he is not allowed to. I will continue to call and leave reviews until someone can answer why Micheal was aloud to change the laws for my bf only.

  I posted an incident that disturbed me and violated my right to use the free facilities at the I30 Shell gas station kn Bryant AR and not one customer service person cared enough to respond . This shows thru unresponsiveness that this owner operater of this Shell Station in Bryant AR is not customer friendly and is not concerned about customer cares and will indeed allow its employees and affiliates to show blatant disregard and disrespect to patrons of this location . Furthermore and to wit calling this station a safe environment for travelers or local patrons is grossly exaggerated. The retaliation that was enforced on me for questioning my safety and my well being while visiting this establishment was absurd and bias. Discrimination and embarrassment are the words and thoughts of the employees hired at this I30 Shell in Bryant AR to handle such a travesty. Shame on the owner for allowing such godless actions to occur on his or her watch . Despicable to say the least Disrespectful to say most.If you have plans to stop at the I30 Shell Sation in Bryant AR ? You might reconsider! The danger of disrespect is very high.

  VERY RUDE STAFF, like offensively rude. I went in to buy Zyns for someone who is almost 30, unaware of the third-party law. The first lady professionally declined the transaction saying she can’t sell if I admit to buying them for someone else. I was confused and asked why, but didn’t contest it once she explained it was simply the law. Then as I was already leaving, another staff member chimed in and literally ACCUSED me of dating someone underage. Literally said “this must mean you’re dating someone that isn’t old enough to buy them”, and when I responded that what she was assuming was NOT the case, her response was “okay if he’s of age then why isn’t he here himself?”.VERY OFFENSIVELY RUDE. I was someone who was innocently ignorant to the law, and had already settled the misunderstanding with the cashier, and was treated with aggressive confrontation that was based on a completely incorrect assumption.

  If by "Open 24 Hours" they mean you can use your card at the pumps and wash your windshield, then that description is accurate.If you need to use cash or their restrooms, or even enter the building, not so accurate

  How is it your a 24 hour store yet your not open please update your business hours. All 4 doors of the 2 entrances are locked and no one is in sight. Very unprofessional

  I saw the price from the interstate to be 2.29 per gallon, got off the freeway, waited in line and upon pulling up to the pump, the price jumped to 2.44 per gallon.How rude, and I did not fill up with 21 gallons as I was planning, but only put in 8 gallons.

  Come here to buy lotto tickets & gas & whatever like every day the workers keep switching out every couple of months the older lady Ms Sharon is really sweet they have a new lady named Carla working in there who keeps stealing my husbands money every time he buys lotto tickets she does not give him the correct amount of change this is the second time she has done it but she keeps telling us she won’t know till she counts her draw down they asked for our number & said they would call if draw was over they never called my husband went back the next day regarding his money & was told to leave. If she is stealing from customers I’m sure she is stealing from the store also. Beware customers of Carla if she is checking you out.

  Went there daily until the GM told me I was not allowed to sit in the parking lot after I made a purchase. Asked her why, she said so i wouldnt hurt myself. What in the world???Bathroom was filthy; i wasnt wearing my glasses and gave her the wrong pump number and she told me "thats not my issue, you should pay better attention next time" AWFULbloody nasty toilets and improper sanitizing during pandemic or any other situation.Go there every day now im banned? Guessing the GM is NOT LGBTQ friendly; because we have never caused any issues there.
