I’m a frequent customer, I love love LOVE this shop! Em is the one I see the most when I go in there & she’s one of the sweetest people I know! Everyone else I’ve talked to previously has also been helpful in helping me find what I want, especially when I’ve been indecisive or wanting to explore a newer flavor for the specific vape I’m into. If any one looking to vape. Serenity Vapes is the best place to go. Ask for Em, she is pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about their product.

Only come here to buy coils for the mod I bought here all of which I regret as nobody else seems to deal with Vaporesso and I've never been able to get this place to order any decent nic salts so Vaporesso coils is all I come for. So I call to see what their plans are for being open at 4:56pm and Emm told me they will most likely be open and don't expect the weather to even start getting questionable until after 8pm, get there at 5:41pm and they had just closed and can't help me, only 31degrees out and light snow obviously with nothing even coming close to sticking for many more hours considering the warm temperatures we've had all week and less than 4" expected in any case. Major disappointment. Going to just buy a different tank so I don't ever have to come back here. Take my advise and go to CBD World across the street, the prices are much better the selection is much larger on everything, they even have actual sales and they treat their customers like gold.

Great prices and Emily I think was her name is very knowledgeable and helpful a guy we spoke with the next day was quite the opposite we will go back and hope She is there so we can make our purchase and change vapes.

Awesome place to learn about vaping...She was able to help me find great flavored juices...the young lady was great, she was very helpful and you could tell she liked her job. I will definitely tell everyone that I know that wants to vape about them.

Sorry for the next review but it didn't allow a reply. The review is 100 percent accurate. I came and purchased equipment that I was told would work with my tank. I went back home to bring my vape just to be on the safe side. If you pull your video footage I'm sure you can hear the full conversation on what was asked and done since you weren't present. Thanks for offering an exchange which was already done, but I know how to handle any future needs.

You will not find a vape store that has friendlier or more helpful employees. They don't have the largest selection, but they more than make up for it with their customer service. I sometimes try other stores close to me, but I always end up going back to Serenity.
