Had a small warranty issue come up on a new mower. The guys at river valley bent over backwards to make sure it was taken care of and I was back in business. Thanks for all the help!!

Service is HORRIBLE, worse still is the poor attitude of Christopher the service manager; which is reflective of Steve the General Manager as his poor attitude and uncaring and unsympathetic disposition should WARN anyone not to do business with this company.Buyer Beware!! While this company claims to strive for customer satisfaction, in realty the customer is just a number and they are ONLY concerned about their profit margin NOT customer satisfaction!!!

I’d like to know how much this place pays their mechanics. Because I bet it ain’t even a fifth of what they charge customers for the work. They charged nearly $200 for fifteen to forty-five minutes of work; depending on how slow your worker is. But I seriously doubt they pay that mechanic $50 an hour. They are price gouging stay away. Rude condescending idiots.

I would not even give them 1 star... River Valley Tractor in Bryant was horrible. We took a lawn mower over there and asked that they go through it from front to back. Chris called and told me what was wrong, and that was great. Got there to pick up the lawn mover and asked a question and the guy behind the counter had no idea got the service manager. went to load the mower the steering was not ever mentioned to me about something wrong with it. it was not tight. When they called the spring and button to put the deck down did not have the button to push to put the deck down. Went back in and the service manager came outside and was more worried about the mower not being washed, and told us to leave it and it would be taken care of the next day. The next day I get a text and a quote for another 1700 dollars on what I have already paid. Very rude asking me how to make it right. Told me they did not say anything about the steering because he would not put that much money into the mower. I will not ever take anything back to them.

Great service, if they do not have a part, they work to find it. They do great repair work too and did outstanding follow up contact to get recall repairs done! Will definitely be returning!
