They replaced my gaming laptops keyboard within the same day I brought it there, and when I discovered audio issues (due to a loose cable underneath keyboard) John fixed it within an hour for free. John knows his stuff 100/100

This place has moved. Thay are now in Benton on military as part of the iPhone guy's. I cant say enough positive about this place and the folks that run it. They replaced the screen on my tablet quickly kept it local and did it for half the price of u break I fix.

Mr. J was quick and performed a great repair on my power issue with my laptop. Geek sq wanted to charge 85 plus shipping with no guarantee it would be fixed. No help T the counter or by phone with Geek. I like supporting a local Family business.

Took my Mac desktop and MacBook in to be fixed, there were issues recovering my files from my old hard drive, he took extra time to fix. There were some communication errors, but he resolved the issue in a professional, kind, manner. Both my desk top Mac and MacBook run smoothly.

we took a disabled friend to get their desktop all in onefixed because she got that big fake microsoft page that took her monitor over and I didnt know anything about this company but she used them before. The girl, chasity I think, on the phone said it should be about $169 but she got a call saying it was very badly virused and it would be almost 300.00 when she said she couldnt afford that he told her to come get it. I took her to get it and he gave it too her missing screws and we took it somewhere else. We are older, in our late 70;s and you would think some respect would be shown. The place e took I to fixed it for less than 100.00

These people are really good. The older guy isn’t as personable but he’s very skilled and the rest of the staff is not only really pleasant they have a lot of patience with non tech savvy people like me. Plus they are a local business so it’s great to have them here.

Ann came out to help me today ... I’m not literate at all when it comes to computers, printers, and all those wonderful things. She was prompt, professional, pleasant and able to help me with everything I needed help with. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my smart phone. Couldn't use my Uber app and losing money. The ladies at Pro Gadget Fix identified the problem quickly, gave me a temporary fix and showed me how to make a permanent fix. Less than five minutes and I was back on Uber and making money.
