We can’t thank you enough for being there for us in a very dire time of need. We were treated with the utmost respect, and on a very short notice was there for Ava. We thank you so much, and could not recommend you more to anyone. 5 stars is not enough for the compassion you showed us.

Not only did they not help with a puppy that had been hit by a car...they didn't even refer us to anyone else after being told we weren't from Benton and unfamiliar with the area. We were assuming all financial responsibility and ownership of ths puppy. The ONLY reason I gave a star at all is because it wont post without at least one star.

Very understanding of my dog's quirks and were willing to work with her and make her comfortable. All of my questions were answered as well.

We have been using this vet for about a year. One of my dogs suddenly started licking the other one incessantly and caused a massive wound on her neck that was actively bleeding (not heavily but a slow drip over time onto my floor.) Not only would they not get her in for two days, they would also not give me any advice as to what to do over the phone to care for her in the meantime. They told me to take her to the emergency vet or call around and find somebody else. They were very rude and uncaring on the phone. I won’t be using them anymore.

If you go to Dr Brown at Marketplace Veterinary Clinic I HIGHLY suggest you leave that practice ASAP if you value the life of your pet! She had been our regular ESTABLISHED vet for 2 years and my 4lb dog has been bleeding from her lady bits. She’s crying in pain ALL NIGHT LONG. This was Sunday night and I couldn’t take her to the emergency vet because I can’t afford to walk through the emergency clinic doors where they charge $300 just to lay eyes on your pet and that’s with zero labs, meds, surgery etc. I finally get through at 8am first thing Monday Morning and they tell me this is indeed an emergency and believe it to be Pyometra which is fatal but they are booked until Thursday and absolutely WILL NOT work her in but suggest that I take her to the same emergency clinic I refused to take her to because of their price gouging and they never help anyway. Mind you I have paid thousands to Marketplace clinic before this and they basically killed my big dog last year because I had enough to pay for the office visit but asked to pay for the diabetes test the following week when I was paid to which the doctor refused. We later found out he was in fact diabetic and if we had started treatment that day he would have lived. There’s a longer story but just note this isn’t the first negative experience we’ve had there. I was just giving them the benefit of the doubt that it was because he was sick. But also note they wanted me to pay $1,000 in January to pull 4 teeth from the little 4lb baby, that’s now bleeding, when her face swoll up like a balloon even though she wasn’t able to physically exam her because she yelped in pain. They said to schedule the dental surgery I had to pay right then and there before they even knew how many teeth she even had to which I said no way and they fell out on their own 3 days later. (Still didn’t stop the vet from charging me $250 for medication to have the swelling go down and pain medication) But When I asked if they were kidding me that they wouldn’t see her for the bleeding and that any time we have had an urgent reason for being seen they wouldn’t work us in EVER. To which she said in the nastiest voice possible “NOPE we aren’t an emergency clinic.” NO KIDDING but you ARE our regular established vet! When we pick a vet for our fur babies we should be able to rely on them when they become sick or need medical attention. Dogs don’t get sick on a a day that fits YOUR schedule! Most incompetent uncaring money hungry veterinarian in central Arkansas! I hung up on them and currently freaking out at what to do they are just going to let her die! Run AS FAR as you can from Dr Brown and Marketplace Vet! They are 100% in it for the money! *we were able to schedule an appointment with Congo Road Animal for the following day. The office that Brown (I refuse to call her a doctor she doesn’t deserve the title) came from and we went with her thinking she would continue her same care as she had but absolutely I see why she left. It was ALL about the money and her wanting as much as she could possibly get to herself preying on victims that have no voice. She has now killed not 1 but 2 of my babies!

When I first started bringing my pup to the clinic I had recently moved back to Arkansas. My dog had chronic ear sores that no one could figure out. I went to 2 different vets in another state and they would just give me something to stop the bleeding. Dr. Brown took action and wanted to prevent the sores from even appearing. Murphy and I are both so thankful. He has not had a bleeding ear in months! The staff is amazing. Murphy is a rescue and very scared of other dogs and they take great care of him. He actually gets excited when he realizes where we are going.

Our baby has been to this vet twice in a year. Both times, the staff is awesome to work with and the vet called me both times to update me on our dog. That’s is very appreciated. So thank you to the staff and the vet for being personable and cooperative. Thank you!!!!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Brown and the entire staff that works with her. From April who always greets you with a cheery voice on the phone, to every single member of her staff who love on your dogs like their own, to Dr. Brown herself - this entire place is wonderful. My pup has constant allergies, seizures, and a host of new issues depending on the day, as well as a grumpy disposition, and Dr. Brown’s entire practice makes it seem like their mission is to love and take care of my dog like their own. They love on him despite the growls, and for the most part have won him over with a plethora of back scratches and treats. They’re available via email and a quick phone call constantly throughout the day and take care of every animal that enters their practice with care. I travel back and forth between Texas and Arkansas and I truly can’t bring myself to find another vet because I love it there so much. I wish I could recommend Dr. Brown to every person that I encounter - so if you’re reading this and are on the fence about where you should go - just go to Dr. Brown.

Expensive and she didn't do anything to help my puppy. I had to take him to another vet to find out he had kidney failure and we had to put him down. I give this place negative 5 stars.

My sweet Harley had a kerfuffle with one of our other dogs and injured her leg. I had never been to this vet before but they were nice enough to see us quickly and were great folks to work with. Unlike the others who posted about their prices, I though they were reasonable. They even followed up with a next day phone call to check on her. I think I have found our new vet!
