They usually do an excellent job here. They do have a relaxed and informal attitude, however. The last time we had our dog there to be kenneled, we asked them to also groom her. When we picked up our dog, they told us they were unable to wash her because of the dog's anxiety.

My Shih Tzu Chance always looks great. Excellent grooming and extreme kindness towards animals. Friendly staff. They get grooming done expeditiously and Chance is not there all day!

My dog always comes back clean, soft and smells good. Claws are trimmed, it's a good value for the money.
