Price was to high for 1 days use. I had specified the vehicle need not be perfect insofar as looks since we planned to be paying bills and such as our Ford Escape being broken down. Enough said.

I would give less then one star if I could. I rented a vehicle for two days took it back in three hours with only 7 miles on it and was still charged for a full day. The sales rep was extremely rud and did not explain anything just hand paperwork and said he is done. . I tried to pay wtih company CC, he refused and I had to pay with personal CC. So i was charged $156 for three hours and 7 miles, I could see being charge for half a day maybe as vehicle out of service for less the a 1/4 of the day but a full dayfor three hours and 7 miles and made me purchase insurance also. Unbelievable, They took money out immediately and told me refund for one day takes three to four days?????Avoid this place if at all possible.

I had to make arrangements to pick up the rental car and to drop off the rental as they do not have anyone "in-house" to deliver the rental car to the body shop like Enterprise Car Rental does. The body shop called and informed me that the repairs could not be made (wrong parts came in) so I dropped off the car to Hertz. I was charged for TWO DAYS, I had the car for 24 hours. I do NOT recommend doing business with Hertz. If you are having your car worked on at the body shop NEXT DOOR, it might be convenient, but not anything else.

Terrible waste of time. Two times I wasted attempts to reserve a vehicle and have nothing to show for it. I told the clerk about traffic and after getting there with a minute to spare the lights were out door was locked and no one was on the premises. Horrible and dishonest service but I won’t waist my time again.

Omg the Hertz website shows cars available at other locations so you book yours right? Right!! When you arrive at the designated spot, there's no cars available. You will see cars on the parking lot however the boldface lie again is no cars available!!

We had a very negative experience with this company. We had an accident in another state and required a rental. The vehicle itself met our expectations. We had to travel six hours to return the vehicle. After those expenses, we were double charged for our part of the rental (after insurance). We were told that it was a hold on our account and would be removed in 3-5 days. We will never do business with Hertz again after they put us in such a bind. We tried to contact customer service for an hour and never talked to anyone. I would never recommend this company after our experience!

Very unprofessional business, I've rented a car from them, the car was very dirty and the manager was very rude, looks like he only hires family and friends. I don't recommend hertz anymore.

These guys were very accommodating! Extremely professional! Unlike the LR-Rodney P site- the Bryant Hertz was amazing!!!!!!! They gave me the best car to drive. Answered my questions and called me to let me know the tags were going to expire. Perfect customer service! Use them! I didn’t regret it! Thank you Bryant Darren and staff!
