Reviewed 2/13/2022. Gamestop will always be a staple for kids and adults to find entertainment. However, with cloud gaming, Gamestop needs to find better ways to lure in customers in.

Depends on who has me. Most will explain what I am doing wrong. Once in a while I get someone who thinks they should help. One example is during initial covid crisis they could not get in my car to connect blue tooth. For theist part my needs are taken care of. But on the times when they won't assist me I find someone else that will explain. I know why they are not doing classes when you buy a new version frustrates me to no end.

I have a Deluxe edition game that was supposed to pre-release on March 8th, with the standard release date being March 10th. When I called see about picking it up on the 8th, the store manager did not have the game and did not know when it would arrive.I have called since then to find out when my game might arrive. The manager has been mildly rude to me on the phone about it (I have been very friendly on the phone and understand shipping issues)One employee Adrian, has been very friendly to me and has tried to offer solutions.I do not want to complain. I am a long time GameStop customer and a 3year employee. I just want to experience a higher standard of service.
