This is the worst bank branch I’ve ever had to deal with. They’re constantly distracted by the kid that’s usually in there to the point where they’ve put the wrong amounts in the business account’s multiple times. These are the least attentive bank tellers because how are you constantly making mistakes with personal and business accounts.

The staff at the Benton location are rude. I’ve been there twice and always regret going to this location. I was depositing a lot of cash and she asked how much it was and I told her. She was depositing it and when she sent me the receipt she looked at me and said “so what do you do for a living to get this much cash???” I explained to her that I work at a restaurant and that it’s tips and she looked at me all judgmental and said “oh okay. I thought it was maybe something else....”Go to the Bryant location off of Reynolds Rd and Hwy 5, they are always so nice!!!

Would’ve given 0 stars but not allowed. These workers are very rude. Went through the drive thru to get some cash exchanged into larger bills and questioned about where the money came from and other personal business. Basically told I need to count it myself, then tell them how much it is, almost acting like they wouldn’t count it at all! Didn’t offer any assistance at all. Happy I went to the one on Military road.

Was having trouble with my debit card every time I tried to use it, said my chip was bad. I called the bank (not this location) and was told their lobby was closed and I would have to check back. I called THIS location and talked with Susan (girl needs a RAISE) told her the issue, she said no problem come thru the drive thru and I will make you a brand new card. I had just had my windows tinted(literally 15 minutes before I called) and I told her I couldn’t roll my windows do

They were friendly and knowledgeable, offering to walk me through whatever I needed. It was a long process with an outcome that was not satisfactory. I would have hoped for a better outcome but appreciate the work Jana put in to help me.

There is a new manager at the First Security Alcoa Road branch in Bryant/Benton, Arkansas, Stella Drennan who flagged my account to have my overdraft protection removed for "abuse"!!. It is true that I have had to rely on it for several months now because of health and recent expenses from having to move to be closer to my caregiver. I am a 30 year survivor of HIV and medical cost, caregivers and prescriptions cost keep me in a negative balance alot. But my SSDI is direct deposited into my account on the 3rd of each month, the deposit is more then twice of the $500 overdraft protection so the overdraft is brought current on the 3rd. It also cost me $28.00 overdraft fee which I understand and accept. My prescription cost this year is over $29,000.00 That doesn't cover doctor fee, lab fees etc. My family has 16 checking accounts, 5 business accounts and several savings so that should make us as "good & loyal" customers. First Security has changed from the helpful friendly bank that we (My family) decided to put our trust in and do business with, they have lost that "local, homey" feeling and yesterday at our Sunday after church family gathering my daughter brought this up to let everyone know the position they put me in, so it was unanimously agreed that everyone would support me and find a more understanding bank if the decision isn't changed and overdraft isn't restored. I will look at options tomorrow and let the family know. Right now I can't recommend First Security to anyone in my church or civic organizations all because the manager hurt my financial situation without offering to talk with me and find out the reason for my "abuse" of the privilege of overdraft protection. Find a more understanding bank!!
