1st Recovery was quick to get to us when our vehicle broke down in the middle of the road. Thankfully, James was able to get us back up and going without needing a tow with a hard reset via the battery. Huge thanks to James! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

James, the guy that works there made my experience so much more tolerable than what it was and could’ve been. He was so nice and understanding and I just want to give a big thanks to James at first recovery for being understanding and just being human like the rest of us thank you so much.

Last week I was stuck on I30 late at night after my tire blew apart (tires are all new). My auto insurance has road side service but the insurance company hung up on my twice and the call center couldn't figure out anything. I started calling tow truck companies for help and to come get me off I30 since my Dodge Challenger does not have a spare. (Yes I know I need one but the manufacturer doesn't put spare in Challengers). First Recovery was the ONLY towing company willing to help me. I called 2 other companies and a few in Hot Springs and all I heard was "sorry but you are to far away or sorry we can't take your car to your home". First Recovery, however, was worried about getting me and my car off a dark dangerous side of the highway. Tow truck driver even called me just before he got to me on side of highway so I would know it was him and to not be scared as he pulled up. There price was wonderful as well. The driver was super sweet, hard worker and took my car to my house and unloaded it so carefully. THANK YOU FOR BEING A WONDERFUL COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT PEOPLE WHEN THEY NEED HELP. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I honestly love using first recovery. They dont charge much for towing, my bill has been anywhere from 50 to 100 bucks. Most of the time it will be about 55 after tax and they dont change the price once it's set. Tow truck driver was very kind and on time when I called for a tow truck to come at 2pm. If you need a cheap tow that is efficient and timely, first recovery is for you

Called them at 6am to have my truck towed and whoever answered was obviously sleep. I told her I wanted my truck towed and there was complete silence. Then I was hung up on. Tried to call back and no one answered.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Had my car towed and when the tow truck driver was getting my car off the flat bed, he broke my tyrod bent my bumper in and when I asked for my money back and that I was calling his boss he sped off. Very poor service ?

Very nice people. Tried very hard to help my husband, my kids, and myself when our car broke down very far from our home. They were doing everything they could including calling other companies trying to find us a way home. Since their main truck had just broke down and their second truck was helping that one, they even offered to tow my car to their yard and store it until the A.M. then tow it home for me then. Very good people. They go above and beyond to try to help even if it means sending a tow to different company to keep them from sitting all night in the cold. A+ guys. Keep up the good work.
