This should have been a $50 motel, not an $88 motel. The bathtub was not clean, several outlets didn’t work, all the lighting was harsh, the beds and pillows were not comfortable, the bathroom door almost hits the toilet when opened and the light/fan in the bathroom buzzes loudly.The worst part is that they allow reservations through a third party (like a credit card company with travel perks) but have no reliable system to deal with those reservations… only telling you to call a customer service number, a number that will tell you to call another number (after being put on hold) and onward. They did not honor my reservation even though I prepaid so I had to pay again for a different room. If this motel company is going to allow third party reservations, it needs to handle them properly.Definitely not coming back, and very confused about how many good reviews there are.

Ice machine broken at motel (and had been for some time), and because the room fridge had no freezer section, was impossible to work around the lack of ice. .... There is no excuse for the lack of provision of ice. When I have stayed at a motel in the past with a broken ice machine, the front desk simply bought bag ice from a store, kept it in a cooler in their area, and customers could bring the in-room ice bucket to the front desk to be filled by the desk clerk. This remedy costs very little money. The evening clerk told me he had no authorization to get ice or to pay for it, and the manager was unavailable or out of town (apparently unreachable by phone?). The day clerk (my check-out day) told me she had the authorization to decide to get ice, but had no access/authorization to spend any money for ice. This is absurd. An effective manager provides access to petty cash to on-site staff to deal with problems like this, which have such easy solutions.

DONT STAY HERE!!! Front door guy tried to extort more money out of me, saying that my reservation wasn’t good and he couldn’t put it to the system, that I’d have to pay him more money!!! when I explained I knew exactly what he was doing and lying to me he just continue to lie and blame his manager. After I walked out to the car and decide to leave, he then came out and said that the system is magically working now. Worst customer service they continue to lie. Do not stay here and save your money.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is a slum motel! Only stay here if you’re a drug addict. Leah is a liar and very rude. She lied like she was the manager and charged my card before arrival although booking says pay upon arrival. They lied like the hotel was indoor which it isn’t. I have reported them the Department of Health.

Continental breakfast not included as advertised, and room not fully cleaned. Desk clerk guy seemed confused at my nonsmoking room only request (made in advance on website) and asked if was "sure" that I wanted a non-smoking room. ?? Carpeted floors appeared unvacuumed for a while. Also, neither clock in the room was set to accurate time. Photos do no accurately depict amenities.Will not return or recommend.

Whoever the lady is working the front desk, you guys need to do whatever it takes to keep her. She is absolutely amazing. Had a great stay and staff and rooms were awesome. Quiet and safe location. This will be my go to place every couple of weeks when I pass through on my way to Texas.

Great staff! The lady behind the desk had a great sense of humor! There was a little mix up with our room, but she cleared it up with no hassle. It was a pretty quiet hotel, not too much going on there.The room was about average, not too flashy. The bed was comfortable and decent sized pillows. I think my only turnoff was the smell of cigarettes. I couldn’t tell if it was coming from the room or just outside the door. It wasn’t very strong, just enough to notice it around the entrance to the room. Aside from that minor inconvenience, it was a great experience.If anything, we’d definitely be coming back just to see the spunky lady behind the desk. ;)Walkability: Close to fast food joints

Awful customer service. I had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights next year and they called me to say there was a glitch in the system and my reservation was cancelled. Leah was rude on the phone and wouldn’t provide any documentation in writing or via email.

Clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff, great location! I was very impressed with everything, especially for the price I paid. I felt very safe here, staff made great recommendations for dining, and the property was very well maintained. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and again!!!Rooms: Room was very clean and well maintained.Nearby activities: So many things so close by.Safety: I felt very safe on the property.

It was OK but very overpriced for what you get in this low-end hotel. There is no discount for weekly rate for workers. The front desk was friendly and helpful, though.

Writing this review at 3 am, it’s been an hour now and neighbor has tv on. Called front desk around 2:20 am, no one in the lobby, no security guard, left VM. Went to the lobby, it’s closed. Called Choice customer support around 2:48 am, waited on hold, no rep available. Tried again to call office, no one. Don’t see a noise policy on Choice webpage. This room is joined, would advise to verify room type to avoid this in future. Joined room not mentioned when making reservation or checking in. Recorded tv sounds from neighbor but unable to upload in this review. Ironically neighbor has do not disturb outside there door. I am traveling with my mother and father.

For a cheaper hotel it’s clean as they come and the beds are very comfortable
