The new manager Jazlyn helped me with everything and answered all my questions, she went out of her way to make sure my contacts and apps were on my new phone. I came away with a phone that I really liked at a good price! The best thing is that they all speak Spanish and were very friendly!!

Be careful when you want to buy a cell phone here, because the workers in this place sell phones at ridiculous prices, my brother's cell broke and we went for a new one but the cheapest one was $125 and I'm talking about the oldest and ugliest cell phone they had, at Walmart we found good cell phone for less than $100 and all you have to do is change the chip from your old phone to the new one and that’s it.I never go back to this store.

Do NOT go to this Cricket store. Cricket is NOT the problem, these owners, workers, whatever are the issue. They will over charge you if you even think about getting an iphone (husband paid a whole $100 less online and that included an activation fee) also she added a whole $60 bucks to my plan that I have no clue where that came from, she didn't get my account unlocked I HAD TO WHILE I WAS THERE, through the online cricket customer service, AND they did NOT add insurance to the phone as I was supposed to have, and now i have no insurance, no time to go back up there to add it back like I was told I had to do!!

Beware of the"free case "scam they are running.They will tell you the cases are free then when you get home and look at your receipt you are charged 30.00 per case.When you try to return them they say they can't.I got taken for 90.00 as I purchased 3 phones.
