No matter how hard I try I just cannot get past thinking an employee in the customer service business has an obligation to represent their employer in a positive fashion. How in the world is it ok for cashiers to carry out financial transactions with a cell phone in their hand. If you can’t look up from your phone how can you do your job. Two girls in the food area working away doing their jobs. Two girls at the front counter cannot put their phones down. It may be 2024 but they exude a complete lack of respect for themselves, their employer, and the Caseys name.

This is the first Casey's to come to our area. We grew fond of Casey's pizza when we lived in a different state up north. The pizza, so far, has been very good. The ease of ordering on the app is great. The deals they regularly offer are definitely a nice perk. I have no problem whatsoever, so far, with the pizza. My issues are with the service, particularly the inability to get the pizza out on time. Now, I'm not one that is banging on the counter when the app says it's ready, but I do expect it to be somewhere in the ballpark. The last two orders I placed were quite late getting to me. We typically eat supper early so we rarely are ordering during peak times. Both times I came in after the wait time given in the app (19 minutes), and my pizzas were either just being made or just being put into the oven. It's only about ten more minutes wait, but a bit frustrating when there's no apparent reason for the delay. We're not giving up on this Casey's because it's the only one around (and that may be the issue), but I would sure like to see them make punctually a higher priority.

Rude ghetto woman answers the phone after 3 attempts. First two she just picked the phone up and laid it down so I hear everything but she wouldn’t talk.

I go in here quit often and downloaded the app and every time i use my nunber it would not work. Today i purchased gas amd it did not when Gabriel asked me if i was a reward member and i told him how i am but it never tales my number. He took the time toHelp me and was so kind. There waS a few people behind me but i dont think they minded for it was so sweet of him yoTake his time to help me!! Ypu dont see anyone working so hard day after Christmas having a good heart and helpin a elderly lady! With her phone! Great worker and great mannerism. ❤️

No upside, but other locations do...No receipt paper at pump, had to go inside a 3rd time. No toilet paper in men's room. And no warm fresh pizza available.

Ordered a pizza and a sandwich via DoorDash. Waited 40 minutes, only to be notified that my order could not be completed by Casey's. Now waiting 7 days for my $40 to be returned that I gave for something I never received. Garbage. Never again.

Tried to order a pizza over the phone with Brett. He didn’t tell me a time on that pizza so I called back to ask how long it would be. I was told 10 minutes. When I got there they said they didn’t get an order. I walked over to Brett and he said “I don’t work over on the pizza side” as if that was an excuse not to tell them an order. Then started getting attitude with me when they asked why he told me 10 minutes when I called back to ask how long it would be, which he apparently chose not to put the order in either. What frustrated me the most is he said “I don’t work over there” when asked why the order was not placed, as if he was incapable of walking over there and telling them I placed the order, or at the very least when I called back to check on it, putting the order in instead of telling me they usually take 10 minutes. He showed no desire to fix the issue and pushed accountability off on me for not ordering online.Terrible customer service. This was on 10/23 at 7 pm and his body language can be confirmed on camera footage. As someone who has worked in customer service all his life, this guy should not be answering phones or working a register unless he improves his customer service a lot. The Manager was great!

They always have what I want in stock. The cashiers need to spend more time working and less time talking in the parking lot. Especially in the morning when the check out line 10 folks deep and traffic is piling up at the 123 exit.

Cappuccino machines dispense extremely watered down drinks. Girlfriend and I used two different spouts and both had the same issue. Don’t bother with it

I was going to get gas & supposedly they were having system update. I cancelled my transaction at the pump & they put a hold for over $200 on my card & when I confronted them about it they tried to say the bank always does that. NO THE BANK DOES NOT! The cashier & the assistant manager was rude & hateful about it. I’ll never come back to this store again.
