Can’t call directly to your branch. Been on hold all day and cannot talk to anyone.

The website says the drive thru is open at 8 A.M. It is not. They don't open till 9. This is an inconvenience to some people that have to work but want to deposit or whatever in the morning BEFORE work. I had to be at the bank before work, but had to be late to work because they were not open till 9.

I can’t believe the lobby of this bank is still closed. April 16th 2021. What a joke of a business. You can’t walk in but the bank tellers and I are touching on plastic carriers with no gloves. What is the science behind this.
