“I'm on the road from Virginia to Arizona and halfway across my battery light comes on. I stop at Auto Zone to get the free battery check and find out the alternator is the issue. They have on call mechanics who came out on a saturday to replace the alternator. Took some time but they got the job done. Car turned on great. About 5 mins down the road, battery light comes back on. I pulled over and called AutoZone and the store manager came out to help jump my car since the alternator didnt get a chance to charge the battery up well enough. Car turned over but we felt the battery isn't doing well and we decided the battery needed to be replaced. Store manager called the maintence fellas back out and went to AutoZone to grab a new battery. All the while I'm stuck down the road at Sonic.
I have never had a store go out of their way to help the way this store did. The manager, David Jones did everything in his power to help me get back on the road. I can tell you now, if AutoZone can help, it will be my first choice from here on. Thank you to everyone that helped me today!”

“My vehicle was repaired in less than 2 weeks when I was told about 3 maybe 4 (depending on parts availability) and I was so pleased with the result. The insurance company handling payment for the repairs has been a nightmare to deal with, especially when it came time for me to get a rental car. Jim and Debi made sure I wouldn’t have to go without a vehicle and had my car done as quickly as possible! I worked for a local tow company for 2 1/2 years, this is the only collision center that I have ever dealt with that had such amazing customer service. It was a no brainer to have my vehicle repaired at this facility! Their mechanics also did an amazing job, not only can you not tell my vehicle was wrecked, but they took the time to vacuum the interior of my car too! And put mats down! Not to mention the whole outside of my car had been cleaned! Not just the area they repaired/ painted. The multiple updates a week, being able to view the status of repairs from their website at any time, and such helpful and knowledgeable staff made this whole experience so much easier. I had no idea how any of this worked, I had never been in a wreck myself, but Debi took the time to explain the process to me and made this stressful situation so much easier. Debi and Jim are true saints after dealing with the god awful insurance company covering my repairs! This shop has won my business over 10 fold and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!”
