I originally started banking with Arvest because the hours of operation were convenient for my work scheduled. They opened at 7:30 AM and Closed at 7pm. This changed recently and I miss the old hours. Thankful for them still but not as coinvent as they were in the beginning.

I would never have an account with arvest,its a rip off to charge someone $5 to cash a check.wouldnt burden my friends like that.

I love this bank. The tellers are always very friendly and helpful. They always have a solution to any situation concerning your banking and it is always very clean inside and out. 5 starts from me ??

Takes forever to get anything done if you go inside. I dread going to the bank knowing how much time I will tie up. Need more people during busy times. Remember your business happens because of our money.

”Poor Customer Service” people warned me about this Arvest Bank location, but I decided to give them a try. Worst mistake! THANKS, to the Arvest Bank branch in Benton for going above and beyond to help their customers.

I have had an account at Arvest for years and they have always taken great care of me. Angela has been awesome about giving me exceptional service and even calling on my birthday. More recently, Aaron in loans has helped me with a car loan and has been great as well. I’d recommend this bank to anyone in the Bryant area.

Lobby is STILL closed. Wait times are more than 20 minutes at any given time. Do better Arvest. We are more than a year past lockdowns. At the lease get creative and hire more staff or get creative to get your customers through in a timely manner or you could just open the lobby.

My 18 year old son and I met with Angela to set up a checking & savings account for him. She was wonderful. She explained and talked directly to him, not me. She went over everything with him and helped him set up his online account. Arvest should be very thankful to have such a wonderful person representing them like Angela.
