Hands down the best storage facility in the area. Very clean and easy to maneuver. Not to mention they have the BEST prices around by far. If you’re looking for a storage facility in Bryant/Benton do yourself the favor of getting a unit here. I’d even say it’s worth it if you live in LR just for the low prices alone!

I have driven by this unit on Springhill many times. The first thing that is so noticeable is the outside appearance of the unit. It is very well kept up. That made an impression on me. So when I found I was in need of some storage space for an upcoming move, I immediately contacted this unit. My call was taken by a representative named "Holly". She was really professional and polite during our conversation. She fully explain the contract and how to make my payment. Holly sent me a URL link to use if I needed to do so. Over the phone she set up everything I would need to get started. All I had to do was purchase a lock and begin to move my items into storage. She even took time to contact me to see if everything was going okay. The unit I was assigned was very clean!! And I feel like the security of the site is super. I would say I was extremely pleased with this, my first time ever utilizing a storage facility. And "Holly" made it very easy and pleasurable.

Rented with them months ago. Signed a contract with terms. They have violated the terms of our agreement. They also informed me of cameras located on the property to ensure safety of the units. Walked around the property and the only cameras are on the main gate. At this time you don't have to use the main gate to enter the facility, they have a snap together chain link fence across the entire back of the unit buildings with no control access. After the new year I was told my rates would go to $150 a month but upon further investigation it only went up $6 plus late fees. If you value your belongings and want to ensure you are paying for what you are supposed to have DO NOT CONTACT THEM! SHADY BUSINESS!
